I’m in my 30s and I know for sure I have low T. It’s nice to see that app’s built around healthy habits for men that legitimately increase testosterone naturally. It’s got a cool reset journaling feature too. Definitely recommend this if you’re not happy with your life right now. You can tell the app’s thoughtfully built.
