Terrible app.
Failed to auto renew, then decided to lock me out of two prior years of already paid for content. Worst digital magazine experience possible. It's like they've programmed it this poorly on purpose.
The magazine itself is a lot of fun, but this app is the best example of what not to do.Don Krause
Unstable installations
I have installed this 3 times onto my iPad Pro. I cannot get the issues to download more than two page previews despite having paid for a 12 month sub.
I just loaded the app onto my iPhone+ and it works fine, but I'm not interested in using this as my reading device.
It would appear the app works only on some devices at present.Show lessatomic101
App is horrible
Just subscribed and directions in email how to unlock to have access to digital side is not available. There is no button to unlock or anything in the menu on how to sign in. Very disappointed.googsypie
No customer support And Ap issues.
Not sure if this magazine still around. First the Ap disappeared from the Ap store two weeks ago. Now reappeared. I have been having trouble logging in to access past issues. I have emailed costumer support without any answers for the past two weeks. I purchased from The newsstand a multi issue membership which included access to past issues. Even though online membership shows mine still valid, there is no way to read and/or download past issues. The Ap keeps asking me to buy and resubscribe to read (past issues). There are problems with this Ap. Prior users have indicated similar problems. Hope the magazine staff will fix them or at least reply to my email requests.Show lessShawn Weston
Horrible App
Great Magazine. Horrible App. Completely useless. And the customer service is not good. After a month of emailing trying to get just one of the magazines to show up on my iPad with little to no help Apple was kind enough to refund my money.

I am usually not one to wright a review, but this app was so terrible that I had to?
Let me start by saying that I've been a long time lurker of the make web sight. When I found the app I thought it would be an awesome way to view the magazine and dow loaded it...I was wrong. I purchased two subscriptions and yet I cannot view anything.
This app is the vending machine that never gives you your snack :(

Great magazine, terrible app
For a tech magazine it is astonishing that the app could be this bad. Incredibly slow loading for everything, even just opening the app. Got so frustrated with it not responding that I kept pressing the same button and accidentally subscribed for a year!! Luckily the actual magazine is good.1,340
Practical Ingenuity
Great magazine. As of recently subscribe and unlock all previous issues. The recent update is better for navigating, although it takes a bit to launch.SpecialKen
Total disappointment

Amazingly....BAD
Wrote to customer service complaining about lack of access to previously purchased issues. They apologized and suggested downloading the PDF version until their app is repaired. I couldn't access that either. My sign-in credentials got messed up and I haven't yet received a response. Bad Make magazine.Show lessVitreousman
