Background sync has yet to work. I get an error message every day. Shame that you pay extra for this device and the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years! Records my use on my phone but fails to sync.Not Flexible Enough
App should allow user more flexibility with settings, specifically the default and advance settings. I never have Bluetooth on so sync about once a week. I should be able to pick the day tray was advanced or if a mistake was made be able to undo it. Currently you have to email customer service.
Why is the default with OrthoPulse 7 days? I was told timing with OrthoPulse is 5 days so why isn’t that the default? We should be able to set our own default days.
