  • Bad sync

    Background sync has yet to work. I get an error message every day. Shame that you pay extra for this device and the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years! Records my use on my phone but fails to sync.
  • Not Flexible Enough

    App should allow user more flexibility with settings, specifically the default and advance settings. I never have Bluetooth on so sync about once a week. I should be able to pick the day tray was advanced or if a mistake was made be able to undo it. Currently you have to email customer service.

    Why is the default with OrthoPulse 7 days? I was told timing with OrthoPulse is 5 days so why isn’t that the default? We should be able to set our own default days.
  • Not syncing with iOS 13

    After upgrading to iOS 13, my app is unable to upload data to the server. I constantly get “background sync failed” even though data successfully uploaded from the device to my phone.
  • Problems with Maintaining Bluetooth Connection

    Whether it is the app or the device itself, the Bluetooth connection does not accurately track use. After less than 2 weeks’ use it did not record accurately 1-day’s use and 2 days later the Bluetooth connection has stopped completely. I may try deleting app and installing again, but overall disappointed with this app.

  • Could be better

    When it works it’s very motivating to see my progress and to see if my OrthoPulse treatment was occurring but the Bluetooth connection seems poor. Not sure if it is the device or the app.

Alternatives to OrthoPulse
