TERRIBLE APP!
I have never been the type to write app reviews but this app is so terrible i felt the need to warn others. I tried this app in hopes it was cheaper and better then some other apps to call internationally, turns out this whole app is a scam! i put calling credits on my account and not only did the call hang up by it self the second it was picked up, toolani took my calling credits. The calls would not connect, i tried to reach out about this issue and i received no help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALLLL!!! 0/10!!!!! if i could give it 0 stars i would. Won't work,lost all my credit
After being with toolani for years,I've had such a bad experience and am so disappointed.
All of a sudden I was unable to make calls anymore and reached out to customer service several times for help but got absolutely none!
I have lost all my credit and now changed to a much better app that actually works!!!

Really bad customer service.
I have been using this app for nearly 10 years and it has been great but it the last month it hasn’t been working (calls won’t connect) I have deleted app, updated etc etc with no luck so I contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a reply. At this stage I just want my balance refunded so I can use a different app. So disappointing.Show lessIssue not resolved

can’t call uk from canada. No support
I have had success calling the UK in the past, but I can no longer reach the same numbers. I reached out 2x to support. No help offered. Used Skype instead.sharpshop

Been using the app for many years and when topping up it closed my account . Waiting for customer service to contact me, but really need to use it again .Anki C
It used to be a great app..
I used it all the time for calling abroad since around 2016.
But it recently stopped working, the support email doesn’t work anymore and when I tried logging in a few days ago it told me “your number was deactivated”.
I still have £17 credit that I probably won’t get back, not sure why is it allowed to be in Apple Store when the app isn’t working.Show lessOpinionatedK

Useless App, call always fails
I’ve used this app for long time, most numbers won’t work always call fails. I’ve to use alternate providers during those times. Last few months all my balance wasted without using this app, bcz all calls are failed. Not able to get proper support form then now around £13 in account which I don’t know how to get refunded or make callsShow lessEpattu
