OUTSTANDING APP
I am an American Expat to Barcelona, Spain. I have found this app to be so helpful. It is easy to pay, easy to use, and I have never had a problem! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! All you have to do is call the number you wish to call, and then call the number they give you. It is simple and works perfectly, at least for me, every time! Thank you Toolani.Show lessLobie One
DOES NOT WORK - Beware!!!!
Having used FooCall for over 7 years, I thought there may be cheaper int’l rates with another app. Topped up with £10, and I’ve had nothing but x20 failed call attempts and time wasted since - and about £6 remaining. I have to reluctantly report that this Toolani app has infuriated and disappointed me severely.
It states that Pakistan is 3.5p per min to call mobile. It has not charged less than 9p per min - so highly misleading!!. I would never recommend this app for int’l calls. If however you really want to get annoyed + angry and go BERSERK, definitely get this appShow lessSajsaleem

The calls might be a bit cheaper but the quality is shockingly poor. Tried twice and the same both times. I had to call from Australia to Armenia from my mobile so I can hear something!eandre4655

Not working at all
Since I signed up for toolani and purchased $10 to make international call but it has not worked. The flex access number assigned to me is also not working. I have complained twice and only once I got a reply. I have asked toolani to refund me my money since I cannot make any call period. I am going to look for another company. We always do our best to find a solution in such a case. If we did not reply to your second email by now, we will do it today. When I originally started using this app the calls were competitively priced - but I’ve noticed the price has now gone up and it costs approximately the same as my mobile provider! I’ve emailed them to ask why but have never had a reply. The quality isn’t great (and you now have to wait while the call seems to make various connections). I didn’t mind the poor quality when the the calls were cheap - but now they are standard price calls AND the quality is worse - I’m thinking I’ll look for another provider.Show lessTVGirl5

Use the app to call to my family in czech normally when i but top up on my phone for £5 i talk to them hardly for 30 mins same with call cards but with this? I top up £5 and it last ne for over a month absolutely love it and would recommendMajulinka1911
