Don’t work
I try placing a call to DR and all it does is ring on my end and for my husband don’t ring he don’t even know I am calling him. No connection !! But it sure eats up the money without connectingSuleica0918
Cheap in price and function
I got Toolani because of the reviews and price. Every call I have made with Toolani has been terrible. The audio quality is so bad that a lot of the time I have to hang up and call again. Most calls are just brief calls to ask the other person to call back. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. I am in Spain.Show lessstepmahu

Very easy to use and good rates about $5 for 30 min to a mobile phone in the Philippines from USA. My wife can now stay connected to her family with relying on them having a internet connection. I recommend this service.TruckingDaveAz
