Unreliable service
When I started using the service a couple of years ago it was very good but in the last year it has been very unreliable, several times I had problems with connecting calls. Not ideal when you rely on this service for important international calls. Although the problems have been fixed after several days when I had to chase them on a daily basis, the latest problem I’m having is still unsolved and I’m thinking of closing the account and go somewhere else.Show lessXYZZY00

The app this work it’s a scammer don’t waste your fund I wasted my fund on this app my call keeps ring and drops every 30 seconds and they keep deducting my credit please report them to Apple Store it’s a scam thank uDon’t use 419
Beware- DOES NOT WORK, No Support
Worst app, there is no support number or chat support. Credit deducted for call getting disconnected as well they charge 7p for connection failure. Unnecessary charged again now struck with credit on my account. No calls connecting and no support service also for refund. Email send couple of times but no response other than immediate response email stated get back ASAP. Total waste of money, it work great once once installed later you will struck with your credit.Show lessEluRaj

Initially service was satisfactory but now despite having £10 in credit I am unable to contact the only two numbers I use with this company that happen to be in New Zealand. I have no confidence in this company going forward as an email requesting assistance has been ignored so perhaps I need to lose the credit and move to a more reliable company which can also be contacted and receive a response.Show lessMr Swordman

Sorry but the connection is pretty bad, and the rate is higher than last year. I always call my parents about 8 times in month, last year my monthly bill was a $5-6, this year -$15-16. Because the connection is very bad, I have to call many times. And you charge for every call within connecting $0.20. Absolutely unacceptable! Need to look for another provider.Show lessSN333555

Just eats up your credit
This has become a scam like as it eats up your credit despite calls not going through. It will even randomly ring to a recorded message god knows where on earth it is
So i wouldnt waste any cent on this any further.TwishTwish
