Can't recommend it
I used the app to make international calls for about a year. Suddenly I can't make calls to Germany anymore. Toolani told me that their partner increased fees and until they work this out I won't be able to call Germany any more. No warning, no apology. Although after I contacted support, they apologized. How gracious!
Also, the phone book handling is terrible. You can't add or edit any numbers in the app. The app looks at your contact app on your phone instead. I really dislike this greatly. Who knows what they do with my contacts. I removed the app from my phone and will not use it again.Show lessTgjazz
I’m stuck in a call loop
“Press 1 for ___”
And it’s not taking my call. Supposedly when I try to dial a number it makes me call another number after that dosnt take the dial keys and it repeats forever while my minutes deplead. I’m calling my bank for a refund do NOT get this app. Wasted $10 thinking I can talk to my grandmother in Jamaica.Show lessdont worry about it slime
Constant disconnects
I called the UK last week and was disconnected 6 times in the one call! After anything between 1 min and 10 minutes each time I redialed.asdfghytrrew

When it comes to international calls, this App is not really relabel! The calls may go though, however, they are going to end up within a couple of minutes or so, and or, repeating the same conversation over and over again. It’s so sad and funny at the same time.Sha-iff

No connection
I only call the UK , cheap enough, but it takes a long time to gain a connection & each time my credit is reduced, think it could be a bit of a scamlol Master77295929583

The call quality is good, the sound is very clear on both ends, however, I have to call people repeatedly because the system either ends the call abruptly or plays back the conversations to me. I have to end the call and call them back. Each of these calls are usually for like 2-3 minutes before it gets interrupted. I’ve used the app both in Australia and in Germany, still the same result. The developers need to work on this cus it’s extremely annoying.Show lessOlahOguh

I have used Toolani and Toovoip for several years now. I do not think there is any competition for quality of calls and cost. Yes there are rate technical issues but once they are advised of your problem it is dealt with and cleared up promptly.
Highly Recommend it to anyone that makes frequent overseas and long distance calls.Show lessshortdean
