Would love to see this be web-based
Would love to use 7shifts to schedule staff but the biggest dagger is having a web-based option for time clocking. Super frustrating when you need a 2nd app, let alone it won’t let me set it up on desktop computers to allow staff to punch a 4-digit code twice a day. Seems like an easy fix to open up to more industries.

Why is this a separate app?
Please integrate the punch function into the main app, without need a punch code.
This app causes endless confusion among employees in our company. No one understands that they need to download a second app, sign-in again, and then use a 4 digit code (that no one remembers).

Totally unreliable
Logs me out of the app for no reason and staff can’t clock in. Does it almost every day. Poorly designed app that it not robust or ready for commercial use. Avoid at all cost unless you want your business to suffer because of their poor app building.
Poor development
I am giving this a one star review because it will not let me create a password for 7shifts and therefor I cannot create a 7punches. I need this for work. And there is no help in place at all.

Garbage
App is both unnecessary and unreliable. Doesn’t work when it needs to. Should not require a separate app just for punches. If your company is too cheap to use a real time card find a new job.
It works fine-but it should be redundant
7shifts already has a scheduling and announcement app. This time clock app should just be integrated into the main 7punches app. It’s annoying having to switch between the two apps for different functions.

Never connects
I always have a problem punching in for “network connectivity”. When it does this it signs you out and says ering email login. To the point t where you have to uninstall and reinstall both 7 punches and 7 shifts. You guys are messing with peoples money and it’s not appreciated.

Terrible
This is a terrible app. The fact you need a separate app to work with 7shifts is dumb in the first place. But the app itself is trash. I’ve been receiving an “Offline punch” message and it says it will submit when it’s online. That doesn’t seem to be happening. My paycheck was short A LOT of hours and my employer is questioning if I’m even showing up to my shifts. This app is literally losing me money. If they had the option for me to be able to see my punches myself, majority of these issues would be solved. It seems like an obvious feature to have.
