Why ?
Just registers the vehicle and have NAV which has to be connected through USB, very annoying and lags a lot. remaining features are not relevant or useful, you can use them without the app also.vil....

So my Toyota asks me to install Toyota Link app to make use of the entertainment system. This is the first result, and it only gives you 7 free days before you have to pay!? Are you kidding me? I’ve already spent $50k on your car!
This is definitely a show stopper. I would have considered an alternate car if I knew earlier.Show lessS.greadly

Says the app is free with in app purchases, but literally the first thing it asks you to do is buy something. You can't do ANYTHING without agreeing to pay on the very first screen. Sorry.. not doing it172pilot

So the forced registration within this application is great. Turns out the developer of this application is so futuristic that the DOB year (that required for a radio app.. I know... I know...) starts in the Twenty Four Hundreds (2400s). Yes you read that right, not only is your DOB required, you can't even specify the right year. So short of being able to even fully use this app and give it a proper review, I've already deleted it. It's total nonsense and broken - how long has the iPhone been out in any iteration? If they can't even get the forced registration right, I can only deduce the application is equally as broken. What a waste of my time. Yuck.Show lessthedeuceII
