Ridiculous app failure
Cannot log in at all. Each time after filling out log in information and pressing log in, app closes on its own. Deleted app and tried, same thing occurs. It’s hard to believe no one working in this app has figured out how to fix such a simple occurring issue. Hard to still believe this is for a fairly known commercial airline and not a single person seems to take enough time to make sure the app runs great. The promo/ads to use the app sound fairly interesting. Ease of access to ticket, uploading of travel documents, although if a simple log in isn’t possible I would not even think that all those fancy features will be any useful.Show lessmav1381

He intentado por semanas cambiar mi boleto y no me deja hacerlo en línea, si llamo, me quieren cobrar sin explicación mucho más de lo que cuesta el boleto solo por cambiarlo@n@1i1iCaLa
Slow and buggy
This app has been slow and buggy for more than 2 years now for me and it is frustrating to use and navigate around. Especially when it comes to modifying my flight, I always get an “Unable to establish connection” error no matter whether I’m on home WiFi or outside using data. Their browser website is the same in not letting me modify my flight without going thru a problem with the page not loading or the site simply not letting me log in.Show lessCharles Galicia
