Great app... but...
Great app for identifying and working with emotions. Unfortunately, there seems to be some problems with the actual processing of the information entered. I spent a while working on a DEAR MAN exercise and when I went to save it,there were problems doing so ( ie - I clicked save and nothing was saved).i went back and tried the same entry again, only to get s second error msg. Very frustrating. I'm glad I tried this out before recommending it to clients.Show lessCould be better
Feeling a little bit disappointed with this app - there needs to be more in it for the money - it could cover more relational skills such as g.i.v.eNot very useful
This app isn't very useful without the 4 other apps. It should have just been one since DBT is such a complex type of treatment. Save your money.OK, but readability is poor
Not enough in app to really teach DBT skills, but does help practice. Interface often has background graphics or super tiny print that makes it VERY difficult to read. Cannot expand view to improve readability. Needs some improvements.Very user friendly
Great interface. Works well along side DBT group. App has bug that prevents saving DEARMANS.Font needs to expand to be helpful
Can't read most of it!! Please make it expand - otherwise your good work especially in summation is useless.Some good ideas and tools
The way some of the scenarios are worded in the validation quiz are not great so these could be improved because they are not 100% inclusive eg using wife rather than partner. Also more validation examples would be great. The intensity calculator is excellentGood stuff!
Totally worth it! If you are familiar with DBT, or even if you aren't, this app is great. Its simple advice and guidance will hep you improve your assertiveness skills!
