Billing Issue
Requested to cancel subscription on 15th Oct 2024 and still getting charged. Did not receive any refund or email confirmation after requesting twice on chat and email. Still waiting for an update after a month
Oversized loads
I use this app to find parking spot at truck stops that will accommodate the oversize loads and have easy access

This app has glitches and bugs, but it works better than Garmin

Latest update is great!
Much appreciated changes to the voice navigation and the overall layout of the app, feels smoother and cleaner now. I had a Garmin DEZL OTR gps with slow or no updates for long periods of time and very often had things missing or tried to route me weird ways. TP uses gps it’s going to gps things like route you a weird way that makes no sense sometimes but overall I trust it. One time it found me a route around a low bridge trying to get to a customer. That’s sort of the litmus test of trucking navigation apps. Very pleased with everything overall in the future I’d like to see more transparency with how frequently offline maps are updated and I’d like the option to disable parking status prompts and fuel discount as I am a company driver this is not relevant to me. Thank you for all you do.
