TERRIBLE!!!
First, let me say that I play a ton of casinos sites online…and this might be the worst! The games they have are probably the best, because a lot of them are the games I like to play at real casinos…but the payouts on here?? Almost non-existent! I don’t mind buying coins because I look at it as entertainment, but when you buy a bunch of coins (not cheap either!) and can spend them ALL (several million) in one sitting…and not even get a bonus…well, to say the least, that’s a RIP OFF! Now, this didn’t happen just once or twice either! It happens every single time I buy coins! And I don’t play anywhere near the max, mostly because I’ve never won enough to get to that point! The only reason I’ve spent as much as I have was because, like I said, the games are fun games…but they’re not fun when you never win. Or if you do happen to win a little, which is rare, it will take everything you just won back almost immediately. It’s a scam! I would scroll right on by if I was you!Show lessBrodieTheBird

Love the games, lots of fun. One problem has not been resolved as yet. Has anyone else had a problem when purchasing coins, and spinning the bonus wheel and getting 2x, but never receiving the extra coins. I believe they are working on this, but has not been resolved yet! I hope they will add the 110,000,000 to my balance soon! Thanks Like the games on Heart of Vegas! Have purchased coins many times, but do not care if I can play a while on these coins, which I have been recently! Had a problem while on vacation and the hotel had a lousy Internet which went down. Absolute Scammers and Rip Offs
I’ve been playing Heart of Vegas for quite some time, dropping $400-$500 daily because I actually enjoyed the games. I even became a VIP player, which I thought would mean better perks and support. I was wrong. One day, I asked to speak to a supervisor, simply to request a coin top-up. As a VIP, that option is supposed to be available, right?
What happened next was unbelievable. Instead of assisting me, I was banned from all games associated with their company! Not only that, but they labeled me as an addict and suggested I seek help. Excuse me? I spend money because I can and because it’s a way to kill time, not because I need help. The way they responded was beyond disrespectful. They completely belittled me, labeling me as if they had the right to judge.
When I reached out to ask why I had been blocked for something as simple as requesting coins, they basically told me the ban was permanent and irreversible due to “miscommunication.” They didn’t care about the thousands of dollars I had spent or the loyalty I had shown as a VIP player. No one at the company even bothered to look into the situation or offer a solution.
If you’re thinking about playing this game or spending even a dime, DON’T! They clearly don’t value their players or their money. Heart of Vegas deserves nothing from anyone, and certainly not your hard-earned cash. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this disrespectful and disgraceful company.Show lessPabloEscobar617
BEWARE!
This game app just wants your money!!!!!! Few wins, bonuses are so hard to get, and if you are lucky enough to win they’ll eat up your winnings so fast. The “extra” apps within this game are too hard to achieve. You get close but if you only need one more to win you never get it. I currently an 1 away in several and have stayed that way for weeks and I play almost all day. STAY AWAY!!!!
I finally decided to try this game again after deleting it for the above reasons in my above review from awhile ago.
Nothing has changed….you hit big then don’t ever see a big bonus again until all your money is gone. As an added way to earn coins is in COLLECTIONS of chests. After you collect a lot of chests and then get to needing only a few more to get the higher payout of coins you never see a new chest again….all you receive is STARS no chests.

I guess after looking back 5 years ago nothing has changed with this game , my feelings are exactly like the folks who nailed it greedy developers, the return is a rip off while hoping you can gather enough coins to at least match what you spent in buying coins to play . I purchased some coins because they barely give you any free coins . But the disappointment was when I purchased this huge amount of coins I did not know that I would have the coins issued out to me daily something like, 400,000 . which is nothing if you are playing the min or the next level up in order to win something with these games , usually high limits must be used. But What do you think I am a baby? do you think I can't manage my coins ? You took full payment for coins to hand feed me sone of the coins daily. Absolutely terrible !!! And the games I like start at a minimum of 10,000 coins . The games do not pay well when you finally hit . It will require you to spend your real hard worked for money, for no rewarding return!! Absolutely a rip off!! in my opinion ! I say no to this game or please at least beware you could end up broke . The Games are nice that is why the One Star! , but they don't pay out and when they do they take it right back. I love this game. My only complaint is that, at times, there is not enough reward from each spin. When I win points I love it. There is no doubt about it. I am addicted to this game. I continue to love this game. It gives me a way to decompress from the stress of the day. Good game. My way to relax and reduce stress. Still relaxing and reducing stress. The algorithms of these games are calibrated toward buying more points. I can play a million points or more before getting a pittance of a win. Other time more generous. I am frustrated that there are not more completion points for the road trip game. I have several areas where I have 9 symbols. Getting the 10th one feels dependent on me buying points, and then there is no guarantee. I am glad to still have a few points to play today. I enjoy playing sun and moon. Relaxing and it allows me to review my day. Playing more diverse games and enjoying them.

I deleted this app for 2 reasons. First it was giving me an annoying advert to watch after every other spin or was wanting me to spend money every other spin. Then the slots started to fail to run smoothly. The reels stuttered in - highly annoyingJasonltd
