Love the games, lots of fun. One problem has not been resolved as yet. Has anyone else had a problem when purchasing coins, and spinning the bonus wheel and getting 2x, but never receiving the extra coins. I believe they are working on this, but has not been resolved yet! I hope they will add the 110,000,000 to my balance soon! Thanks Like the games on Heart of Vegas! Have purchased coins many times, but do not care if I can play a while on these coins, which I have been recently! Had a problem while on vacation and the hotel had a lousy Internet which went down. Treasure Chests
Every time you run a competition to collect all the treasure chests you are never able to get them all - this happens all the time. For instance your Christmas treasure chests which ends on the 15th January I still have 3 more chests to fill despite having had hundreds of chests to open with no result. Jackpot annoyance
Would be the best if only I didnt have to put up with the people winning jackpots popping up and ruining my game! I dont play the jackpots, I dont know any of these people and I dont care to see what they win - just ruins my enjoyment as it covers some of my screen. Lets just notify those who choose to play jackpots and leave the rest of us to play our games! 2nd time reviewed: Really improved my gaming now the jackpot issue is how I wanted it so thank you! They have a good selection of real casino slots.
The 3 stars is mostly for how tight the games can get. You can literally spend a ton of money and if it’s a day that the games are tight, it doesn’t matter how much you spend, you will not enjoy the money you paid for a little entertainment.
It’s not uncommon to go 10-15 spins without a line hit. It is also not uncommon to not get a single feature on any games. The bonus spins at the moment do not payout more than 10x your bet and the games with the multiple jackpots seem to only be hit by guest accounts or the same accounts over and over again. The coin packages could use a little bump also. Compared to Cashman casino or lighting link casino, heart of Vegas always has the least value to real money when purchasing coins. Loosen the games up a bit. You’re not giving any real prizes back so why be so unbalanced when it comes to chip vs real money?Show lesstoxicxXcandy
Not worth your money
I have had to reload this game so many times because if you wish to play a side game eg HoV it goes blank which only started happening last week. Seems suspicious to me that they don’t want anyone to get to the end and this is not the first time it’s happened to anyone particular game I have played. When you write in there’s alway a standard reply. They don’t seem very interested in problems you are having. Not sure the “great reviews” are even genuine. You can’t even post a review without any stars or even negative stars so I have given them 1 star just so so I can post this.Show lessaaffwwzz

My favorite game.
I love this game. My only complaint is that, at times, there is not enough reward from each spin. When I win points I love it. There is no doubt about it. I am addicted to this game. I continue to love this game. It gives me a way to decompress from the stress of the day. Good game. My way to relax and reduce stress. Still relaxing and reducing stress. The algorithms of these games are calibrated toward buying more points. I can play a million points or more before getting a pittance of a win. Other time more generous. I am frustrated that there are not more completion points for the road trip game. I have several areas where I have 9 symbols. Getting the 10th one feels dependent on me buying points, and then there is no guarantee. I am glad to still have a few points to play today. I enjoy playing sun and moon.
