My favorite!!!
I have played Heart of Vegas for almost 2 years now. I don’t play through Facebook, which I will never do, so the bummer is I can’t move up in status. I love this Casino, it has given me so much JOY!!! The last few weeks it seems like the games have been loser. I highly recommend this app and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!❤️🤑❤️ Update... February 22,2021 Still my favorite, something happened today that has never happened before. Bought some coins that I did not receive. Wrote support, nothing. Bought it yesterday and have been charged. So disappointed and frustrated. Still my favorite,But definitely have some frustrations. You have got to be crazy,
For a little while you can stay on top winning a lot. But then the wins come fewer and farther in between. Soon you are down to the bonus. I’ve yet to get anything higher than 200k. So you don’t have money to bet so the extras are then compromised! Today I open it and 90% of the games that I opened had a base bet of 200,000 and up. So you limp in hoping to have some fun and you score a bonus of 150,000 add that to the sorry 300,000 you get from Facebook. And you have a whopping 2 spins and you are again out of coins. Then there is the audacity of asking me to pay $9.99 for 9,000,000 coins with that amount of money I can buy 24,000,000,000 yes that’s billion. This game got booted from my iPad about 5 years ago for the same issues. You log in and maybe have 1 or 2 spins and you’re out of money. I would think the point of creating an app is to get people to play, and see some ads from other games so the developer can make some money. If your offers to pay for coins were realistic, maybe I’d buy. In the mean while, while you figure this out you get the boot again. Is not worth my time. When I have 100 other slot apps that pay and offer good packages.Show lessBeavco

I have been totally into the games on my app since I downloaded it. I’d say to anybody just starting to play there’s all sorts of little specially events on there or different ways you can score more coins to play on the slots, well, make sure you pay attention when it’s guiding you through each area because you can really win a lot of coins just because you’re playing the slots and your accumulating treasure for one game or hearts for another or fruit for another. Some of the games it’s kind of odd I found like maybe three of the slots do not pay like at all. I love it when they have the deals going on so I get more coins for the dollar 99cents or the $2.99. I spend. It’s really cheap. And I get my fill on playing the slots, and I’m not spending half my paycheck at the casino in real life, with just as much fun. And of course, I always want more coins for free who doesn’t. But I am grateful for the ones I do get. Thanks and keep up the great work.Show lessJoyC42

No fun anymore
Like all the other reviews are saying, this app has absolutely gone down hill. Been playing for 8 years and still have 0 points, yes it’s points HOV not real money. This app is a joke anymore. I’m most mad at myself because in those years I had never made a purchase. But stupid me I fell for it and bought the guaranteed missing item for cosmic collection this last time. Got the 100 million grand prize plus had over a 100 million points. But typical HOV I could not win and took all my points back. Since that first purchase I now don’t get anything like watch ads for coins, watch ads for luxury chest, and all my favorite games don’t get bonuses like they did before the purchase. Now every thing comes up that I have to purchase if I want them. (Chest, coins, side game special stuff). And every time there is a side game of course you can’t win coins to even be able to play them. Or they make it so they are pretty much impossible to complete. I just wish they would listen to all the reviews and make the app fun again. So many unhappy players. 🥲Show lessGlkeener

Your games were great where you periodically won with reasonable success. Winning is now very limited. It seems now one needs to pay often for credits. Sadly it takes the enjoyment away.Franny2blocks
Don’t buy credits
I agree with a lot of reviews about buying credits,I have bought them since I started to place HOV ,sometimes playing for days other gone in a day,I only try and play very low bets ,but it seems like the more credits you bet the better the chance of a good win Also being in Australia we are paying a lot more to buy the credits than in the USA because of the dollar difference,more jackpots and making the games easier to play would be great,but it doesn’t look like your company will change anything,so in line of that I think I will have to stop buying credits,it will be very hard as I am addicted to the games as I was with the real ones many years agoShow lessgarnettg
Millions
Every now and then I get an email giving me nearly ten million dollars of credits and when you play these games for hours every evening they disappear pretty quickly. The most frustrating thing is when I go to collect it there’s nothing there, how maddening is that? I play on an IPad but that shouldn’t make any difference. Also the levels are really hard to attain, I’ve been playing for years and it goes from Bronze to Silver then back to Bronze with the lowest percentage possible. The explanation is that it’s reviewed every month then the level is set accordingly, how is this possible when I play every day for hours? I changed a IPads nearly two years ago and Hearts was the only site that didn’t come across from my old device so of course I lost all levels. We’re going overseas soon and already I’m thinking that I’m going to go backwards again as I won’t have wi fi access every where. I do love these games.Show lesswascaly wabbit

The games are fantastic. I would like to see the games I have played most recently come to the front of the list. Maybe the three newest games , then the games I have played .
