My favorite game.
I love this game. My only complaint is that, at times, there is not enough reward from each spin. When I win points I love it. There is no doubt about it. I am addicted to this game. I continue to love this game. It gives me a way to decompress from the stress of the day. Good game. My way to relax and reduce stress. Still relaxing and reducing stress. The algorithms of these games are calibrated toward buying more points. I can play a million points or more before getting a pittance of a win. Other time more generous. I am frustrated that there are not more completion points for the road trip game. I have several areas where I have 9 symbols. Getting the 10th one feels dependent on me buying points, and then there is no guarantee. I am glad to still have a few points to play today.

Not worth anyone’s time...
All the game wants is for you to spend money... your hourly bonus won’t even get you one spin. The daily wheel always lands on small figures so you will play the game for 30 seconds and if you don’t want to pay for credits then you’ll have to wait for the next day. I don’t know if they want the game to be extremely realistic or what but it is like you have a 1% win rate but you always see pop ups of other people getting paid ridiculous amounts. Oh and don’t get me started on the glitches... each time it looks like you’re going to get a feature the game will glitch and you’ll miss out... honestly I did make a purchase on this game once and what do you know, I started to win... what a coincidence? I deleted this game as its pathetic, starting from the miserly $15,000 you get as an hourly bonus which is only one spin on most machines. Daily bonus doesn’t get much better where a majority of the time you get a number at the small end of the scale and when you play that the machine just takes it back quickly. then they offer you a chance of winning $5,000,000 if you watch one of their 30 second repetitive ads, I admit I did get the big one a couple of times over a long period but mostly you get between $90,000 to $140,000 which is utterly annoying when there is so many dollar amounts between the low and high amounts available. Did I mention a majority of the time you won’t win after watching an ad because they want you to watch another ad. It utterly confuses me why people actually spend money on these games when their is no financial return, is it their life mission to feed the greedy.Show lessBeanz2012

Love the games, lots of fun. One problem has not been resolved as yet. Has anyone else had a problem when purchasing coins, and spinning the bonus wheel and getting 2x, but never receiving the extra coins. I believe they are working on this, but has not been resolved yet! I hope they will add the 110,000,000 to my balance soon! Thanks Like the games on Heart of Vegas! Nonexistent bonuses
Bonuses are almost nonexistent. Started with 300 million, only two small bonus wins. Double Down Casino offers better odds.
I love playing your game. However, I am unable to sign in to the game hub. I have requested support several times. I even deleted my app and reloaded it, as instructed by your support team. Have sent screenshots, provided confirmation on my browser/software being updated. Mac and iPhone were restarted after updates, happened last week. I only have your app open when playing. I don’t let my battery go below 80% charged. Sent another support message today after reloading app. Trying to find out how to access game hub on my iPhone. Response to me was to go through the menu in left hand corner. I 100% agree with (debisnotin) and with (not so lucky Liz) they have nailed my exact thoughts! You can buy and buy and Heart of Vegas is the only ones receiving anything and you are not considered a valued player because you will not receive anything in return for your money. This way they can keep you paying! Beware! I have had issues and contacted VIP several times and told, “Great let me turn this over to the team”! 20 minutes later you get a reply saying, “ this conversation has ended”! Real good support! Not! I’m pretty sure no one is on staff through the weekend because you never receive anything worthwhile to play with and therefore you just keep buying small packages of coins which has been a total waste for me! I’m getting more and more frustrated with them and see that they have no morals or value you as a paying customer! It’s a shame because I do like there games and I know that I can’t always win but truthfully when I have bought coins from Heart of Vegas I only win very small amounts and rarely ever see a bonus come up and my coins are gone within minutes.Show lessDebylal

I most definitely low key might have a tiny bit of an issue with a gambling problem, but this game along with a few others product madness created for those who like me can’t get enough of the thrill slots give win or lose . And even with no actual money being won somehow they engineered this master plan of different goals and levels that constantly keep you wanting to achieve and becomes just as satisfying as hitting big in a casino. Could definitely use a bit more options and their frequency with big amounts of free coins , only bad thing I have to say . Plus I definitely feel like playing in these app casinos of theirs being the legit games on slot machines I get to try all kinds of games I’ve never played or been wanting to try . Level up
To get from one level to the next is waaaaay to Long !!!!!!! The daily wheel doesn’t take into account that I have logged in 160 days straight. It should pay me a higher bonus. The extra games are always unachievable. You never get new puzzle pieces only stars. In 7 years I have never managed to complete a full bonus game. Why is that ? All the other apps are easier. There are constant errors in the advertising bonus coins segments. Sometimes the acceptance button is not on the screen even though I have a lastest iPhone. At what stage do you need to get to bronze level ? It doesn’t tell you anywhere. Overall HOV app is fantastic with the games variety ect. And the graphics would recommend to friends.
