No fun anymore
Like all the other reviews are saying, this app has absolutely gone down hill. Been playing for 7 years and it is at it’s worst. I’m most mad at myself because in those years I had never made a purchase. But stupid me I fell for it and bought the guaranteed missing item for cosmic collection this last time. Got the 100 million grand prize plus had over a 100 million coins. But typical HOV I could not win and took all my coins back. Since that first purchase I now don’t get anything like watch ads for coins, watch ads for luxury chest, and all my favorite games don’t get bonuses like they did before the purchase. Now every thing comes up that I have to purchase if I want them. (Chest, coins, side game special stuff). And every time there is a side game of course you can’t win coins to even be able to play them. Or they make it so they are pretty much impossible to complete. I just wish they would listen to all the reviews and make the app fun again. So many unhappy players. 🥲Show lessGlkeener

Ever since the season update, the chests drop at an unbelievably low rate, the missions are way harder meaning you have to spend more, and the slots don’t pay anywhere near what they used to. Money grabbing app, total con. AVOID!
Update:😂😂😂😂 it’s actually laughable how quickly these machines rinse your coins after the update. Features barely come in, and when they do they pay next to nothing. UNINSTALLED, JOKE OF AN APP.Show lesskigh-natha

I used to like this game but I feel it’s bombarding with way too many ads also forcing you into selling their coins with a lot of deals I topped up once but not anymore. If you’re paying real money I don’t mind topping up but come on they should be free for enjoyment. Your app is more trying to lean into the real casino of topping up but not paying out real cash. If they pay real cash then I don’t mind topping up but my honest opinion should be free for enjoyment purposes if not paying out real cash.Show lessJils86

Love the games, lots of fun. One problem has not been resolved as yet. Has anyone else had a problem when purchasing coins, and spinning the bonus wheel and getting 2x, but never receiving the extra coins. I believe they are working on this, but has not been resolved yet! I hope they will add the 110,000,000 to my balance soon! Thanks Like the games on Heart of Vegas! Have purchased coins many times, but do not care if I can play a while on these coins, which I have been recently! Had a problem while on vacation and the hotel had a lousy Internet which went down. This game is great💕 Played it along time ago until my iPad wouldn’t update it Found it again a few weeks ago now I can play on my phone The only big bear I have is that every time I open a new chest there are no new bits for my collection Guess I will have to try harderhuggy bear 58
Wins too infrequent and most often too small
Hearts of Vegas has many many games, giving people options which is good although there are much too many and I end up playing only 2 to 3 on average. In some of the special items like the cosmic collection or whatever they’re called each time where you can end up with a grand prize, after getting many chests all the news etc. I have been playing this game for quite some time and have had only one chest to still find, and yet more than a month has gone by and I have not gotten that last chest, which would give me $1 billion bonus. I find they work many different avenues to get you to purchase frequently and all too infrequently award you reasonable points so as to not have to spend hundreds and hundreds often thousands and thousands to continue to play at any reasonable rate or frequency. in some of the games there are times where the bonus that gives you dollars is changed before it goes into the bonus round, and those changes are to a lower dollar amount. Which I find to be completely on ethical and unfair!
