The worst app
I don’t even know how to describe how appalling this app actually is! Maybe it works on other platforms but IOS no. I have the newest iPhone and it drops out, needs me to sign in , relays school information at the wrong times. The absence function records the wrong info. Awful awful app
My child’s details just disappeared
After several years of fairly problem-free service the app’s usability just gone downhill! Following the move from Primary to Secondary, my son’s details never migrated to receive details from new school and after following school’s advice to check and update details on Parents Portal, my daughter’s details which were already on the App and were receiving messages from the secondary school for past two years have disappeared as well! The “dedicated” website mentioned in the app description that should have some answers doesn’t actually work either!

App not working
I downloaded this app at the beginning of January as this is what my boys school use and it is not working. I can’t receive anything, the screen is blank. The school have been in contact with the support team for this app but nearly 2 months on and I’m still not able to use this app. So 1 star from me as have to put a star, but I’d give it on stars if I could

Poor app
As busy parents, we find this app time consuming to use. There is no search function to go back to check something - you just have to scroll down a long list if you’ve forgotten to flag something.
It would also be good for a function for schools to add info such as newsletters and school menus into separate folders for easy access.
Finally a delete selected (or all) messages would be more than useful.

Privacy issues
Shows my child’s face and location in google maps, are school seeing the same information as they have shared PR? Are they able to track my phone? I never gave permission for school to use a photo of my child on the app!
This app is rubbish
This app is terrible. It’s horrible to look at, not easy to use and information is difficult to find. I only use it because it means the school doesn’t have to pay to send sms messages. I hope they change to a different app next academic year.

my youngest started secondary school last week along with his brother who is a year above I had both their details on the app then the youngests disappeared contacted school who say they have sorted it now both children are on there again but can’t see either of their school time tables

Random notifications. Lots data missing
I cannot award this app more than 1 star. I receive some notifications. Not others. I’ve missed events due to this app not functioning correctly or the school admin team from apparently making the same mistake repeatedly (which I doubt).
There is no customer contact number. The advice is to log out then back in again, despite the app not having a log out button. I use the latest iPhone XR.
I’m in the process of requesting manual updates from the school and am asking the head to scrap this app.

Rubbish app
This app is the worst. It used to work amazingly until the update. My daughter is in the choir and going to Belgium and I can’t see the time table she has to have for the trip . I would not trust this app at all if you want to see notification all day because they never show up
