Some straightforward app. Helps keep all the messages from my kids schools all in one place. Avoids clogging up my emails!
Great App
Great app for communication with school, removes the need for costly letters. Don’t listen to the other feedback, these are all issues where the school hasn’t updated pupil info, not the actual app,
Can’t use it
For the past few weeks, I haven’t been able to get in to my account. I’ve sent for login codes which I’ve input each time and then gone to the new password screen. But after creating a password a message appears informing me that my password has been changed and that I need to log in again. I’m not receiving any messages from the school. Useless!

Awful
Terrible app, attachments never send so I am missing everything from both schools.
Because you have the app schools can no longer email/ txt you. Have tried to close my account and then I lose all communication with the schools.

Everything is slowly disappearing
This use to be a really handy app for checking letters sent by school, attendance including if late and also timetable. With this latest update I don’t get any timetable and when in it I can only see if she’s in for the morning or afternoon for attendance. Every update you lose something, next time I might lose my child. Sorry to say it’s getting worse not better.

Rubbish
This seems to stop ALL the time.. I always get a message cannot connect to the server! This happened not once, or twice this is the 3rd time this has happened. It’s just become an annoyance to have this app. I wish the school had NEVER got this. I am sick of having to delete and start again!!
Not working
This was working really well but for the last two weeks I can not see anything in the app and it seems to have removed my son from current school and is showing all outdated information. Not very helpful at all

It’s not a bad app, don’t let other reviews change your opinion. A little laggy at times and late to update but timetables and behavior management works fine- normally.

Badly structured app
I don’t think this is a very well-designed app. The interface is ugly and there is no more functionality than you’d have if you were looking at a list of emails from your school! Simple things like clicking on an attachment exits the app to launch safari - and when you return (even if it’s just seconds later) you have to log in again. Goodness only knows how the developer has sold this to schools... I really don’t see what the value-add to the parent is?

Rubbish update!!
My child used to be able to see what lesson he had just by viewing student details now he has to manually scroll down to the bottom and then guess!!
send out a new update to the old apps mainframe and keep everything that was in V1.0!
