Won’t upload photos from iPhone or iPad
This has been an ongoing problem which has not been addressed. I have to upload photos from my iMac at home as the app will not upload photos from either the iPhone or iPad (latest iOS versions). I’ve reported this issue before but it has never been solved.

Thank you for your review and apologies for the delay of our reply. We have upgraded the review process in the meantime and files should be reviewed much faster now. There is a risk of time differences due to back-end logistics, but should not affect your experience too much. Please let us know if you still experience any problems. Don't forget to upgrade to the latest version of our app.

I am a new user/photographer and have tried similar Apps to submit pics I have taken. What I love about this App is the fact that “reasons” are given if a photo is declined which will help me become a better photographer.
Not very helpful for my use
Aside from the “bad gateway” messages that periodically pop up on just the Dreamstime website, I prefer the browser experience so much more than the app. After installing the most recent app update, which cites “bug fixes,” I am now getting sales notifications two days after the fact. For the longest time before that (and I’d be surprised if it’s changed with the newest version), I would get sales notifications, my account balance would update, but the app wouldn’t show what sold if it was a video or audio file - only images. For me, the app serves no purpose other than to check my account balance.

Needs work
I downloaded this app to use because this company has an arcane process of handling model release documents. I tried to upload the completed form on my iPhone and iPad, with the same error and no other reason for the error. Uploading pictures and see what is pending takes forever as well. Not sure the last time this app was updated, but these items need to be fixed for better app enjoyment.

I like the app and i am a photographer who used the website for 14 years now. I wish it didn’t ask me for my password every time i open it. It’s annoying since it’s on my iPhone so should recognize me. Thank you.

I have requested a check several times over the last year. Every time I get the same message “ we will send an email to confirm payment” however the email never comes. I have written (again, several times) to the contact page without any feed back or response. I had posted my old and new email on each of the emails I sent to the (Contact Us) email. Also my phone number was in the email with instructions to call if there were any questions. No response...NONE. Help, can anyone tell me how to get the money owed to me? Sincerely Rickylynn

Frustrating to use
It’s frustrating to use lately. Today I uploaded 42 pics. What normally used to be so quick to write everything up, today took over 35 min and now the pictures won’t even upload.
As I’m typing my title and description, the app is writing sooooo slowly causing my keyboard to freeze up and not type everything out. They’re also coming up with keywords for you to use, but they literally type out Every Single Word you use in your description. Each pic took 2-3 min to do bc of this problem.
Also.. they won’t let me upload some pics, yet Will others saying they’re under 4mb, or was it 4mp? I don’t remember, but even so, How? All pics are coming from the same source.

Fun app when it works, Almost never works for me.
This app used to be fun. However, photos are nearly impossible to upload, even when I contact developers. Even when I try using a different device. I feel I need to look for a new app. I would like to use this one. It’s nearly impossible to upload just one photograph at a time. Very Disappointed! This app can be a lot of fun, when it works. It’s fun to see what gets accepted and to see what sells, even if it isn’t going to be a fortune. It’s a way to get paid a little for everyday photography.
