Received my first check, $35. But after that, nothing but issues with no pay and no HR dept employees can appeal to. Headaches and brick walls.

I love this app. I earn money and get knowledge of different businesses. A lot of times I get free food. The surveys are easy to complete.

So far this is exactly what it says it is. I was a little skeptical about this app. You just never know these days. Mostly I was worried about payment. My worries are not an issue. I have been paid exactly when and how they told me.. my only complaints is that they need more variety of shops and digital payment. I would direct deposit so funds are available faster. Overall, this is a trustworthy site.

This secret shopper is a scam
This secret shopper is a scam, they will not pay you for the shops that you have completed, they will end up telling you they canceled the payment that is owed to you by saying you got the images (pictures) off of the website I am contacting the bbb to inform them what is going on and what they are doing, and also they will schedule you to go do a shop without your permission

Requests get easily denied
They give you a ton of work and expect you to memorize everything and then take all your work and waste your time and not even compensate partially
Refuses to pay, cancels projects you already completed
Let me prelude this by saying I have done loss prevention, compliance audits, and mystery shops since 1997, and rarely, I mean RARELY do I work with a company that has an issue with surveys, narratives, or other reports. This company has an app and website that should be constantly functioning, and when they aren’t they should have an alternative way to get reports in on time, or give extensions. Pretty simple. I’ve done audits for Secret Shopper in the past and completed two in the past week. Both were just reimbursement shops in San Diego, there was no shop fee or income to be made. That’s fine and all, but I’m paying out my own money, $50-67 during each of these shops and when I went to write my report, the shop says it is cancelled and you have to “accept feedback”, you can’t even comment that you are ready to do the report. So, I emailed them screenshots from the app on my phone and also my laptop and all they did was deny any issue and make excuses not to pay. BE VERY WARY or you will end up wasting a lot of your own money due to their faulty technology and poor scheduler/coordinator communication and service. This is BREACH OF CONTRACT!

The app does what it’s supposed to do I can see where shops are available what shops are waitlisted. I wish there was more shops closer to me but I’m glad that there is some not too far. I will update review when the mail gets here to review about that process as well. I wished they had direct deposit it would be a lot easier but we’ll see how it goes.

No work and apparently I’m not me either
It wasn’t a bad app. It wasn’t a good app either. But eh. Hardly any work available…and I live in Phoenix. Not exactly a small town I would say. Fine it’s extra income anyways I can live with 2 jobs every 5 billion years.
What got me though was trying to sign back in when I forgot my password. I would change it, go to log in, and my new password would be invalid. The same one where they said and I’m para quoting here: “congratulations, your new password has been approved. Please go to the sign in page to log in.”
Nope. Didn’t work. So I was about to rage about it then I remembered….I could mow a couple lawns and make the money I lost when I lost this beautiful app here.
Still mad enough to write a review though. Fix your stuff.
