Great pedometer - love the new design!
Simple and clear display, tells you everything you need to know - number of steps, distance and calories burnt. Love the new total steps display on the history page - I've done 1.6 million steps in the last 12 months!! Really motivated to make it 2 million now!outdoor_lass
Easy to use
I use the free version which is effective and unobtrusive, giving calories, distance, speed and time. It's all I need-perfect!
However, nine hours on my feet (gardening/ironing etc) showed just three hours of ‘activity’. I hadn't sat down at all during the day so it doesn't reflect non-sitting/'active time', rather the time you are actively stepping.Show lessLife's a rush!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. That is correct, Stepwise tracks the actual walking time as active time. This is the time that is used in computing speed, calorie burn etc.Good features, visually appealing, great customer service.
I’ve tried all the step counting apps, this is one of the best. All the important features, looks good, few or no crashes. I had a few issues with the subscription and got immediate response and good resolution from customer service. App is updated regularly, very affordable subscription.CurryMe

Review would be 5 star if app had gps function, to record elevation gain and loss for more accurate calorie burn count, gps would need to be able to turn on or off to preserve battery lifehiker 3165

My watch and my iPhone were giving me different readings so I contacted Neil Morton at tech support. He responded to my request within two hours and talked me through the problem. My watch and iPhone were not communicating properly with each other. Neil gave me precise clear instructions to correct the problem. I recommend this app very highly!Show lessLvdan49

I was frustrated when stepwise would not even open after I updated from the last change. I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response when reported to the developers. From there, we had a few kinks to work out but, bottom line, I love the app. It doesn't give me everything I want to know, but plenty of other apps fill in the gaps. The app is great and, the best part is that the developers really do care about how the product works for users. That is definitely not always the case!Show lessveryold&tired

Hi, Version 3.1.1 has been out for a while. I would say that some issues can be caused when iOS itself updates, and are fixed by a reboot. However I’m unsure if you mean data is there before the last week, or something else. If you reach out to me via the feedback option on the Me tab in Stepwise, or at support@stepwiseapp.com and explain what you are actually seeing, I will be sure to help you.
