Really great app

I’ve used others, but I love this one. It’s easy to use and great to track workouts.

My one pet peeve (the only reason not to give 5 stars) is exercises can only be linked to one muscle group (difficult to track effect of compound movements) and at least one - dumbbell shoulder press - is linked to ARMS rather than shoulders.

Would love to be able to edit this information and see exercises linked to multiple groups as appropriate.

Editing a custom workout

How do I edit the name and category of a custom workout? If I made a mistake in the spelling or something, seems like I’m stuck with this mistake.

Decent

Takes some navigating but just takes time to get familiar with it.

My only complaint and hopefully the devs fix it.

I type note or change my weight or reps and it doesn’t change. It makes me do it 2 or 3 times sometimes. To update my info, my app is up to date.

It’s a Great App and I hope they keep adding more

It tracks most weight lifting options. I wish there were a little more like v-ups, weighted v-ups, and other exercises. But hopefully the developers will keep filling in the missing parts of weight lifting routines. As it is right now, it covers 90% of what I do in the gym, which is enough for me. I can track my weights. It has options for supersets, I wish it had options for progressive overload sets and drop sets. But maybe those options would make the app too cluttered. It’s really a 5* app the way that it is.

Mostly great

I appreciate how it tracks volume, has a large library of workouts, and converts that to calories to use with the macros app. However, the way it calculates weight lose or gain is a bit of mystery. When I consume more calories than I expend, I am told that I will lose weight. I’m not sure how that’s the case. For instance, I consumed 2721 calories and expended 2567 calories. The app stated I’d lose .1lb. This seems strange to me. I’d love to understand how that works.

Update: I’ve sent two emails with no response yet.

Good enough but really tired of crashes and glitches

Basic and simple to use which is great for my ADHD but really frustrating when the app crashes out of nowhere or adds exercise sets to the wrong superset or exercise group which means I have to delete the entry and scroll down *just a little* so it doesn’t glitch and jump/skip or whatever it does.

Also the general usability of the app is good enough for just entering workouts as you go but little to no options for editing/updating old exercises, equipment, or just in general. I don’t think of everything I need to add when I’m hurriedly creating a new exercise so being able to update or edit would be a great thing for just general usability.

Could be better (could be worse)

Simple UI, but glitches too much. Too difficult to edit and manage workouts, exercises, and equipment.

Why does an exercise end up under an entirely different superset (which is also difficult to use) and I can’t move it to the correct spot? Why can’t I edit exercises? This is silly stuff that the app developers should’ve had the foresight to address when in development and not post-roll out and payment subscriptions.

Great app

Highly recommend this

Good could be great

This is a good app has almost all the essentials to be a great tracker. More exercises option then I’ve seen in other apps and a nice layout If an audio cue for the end of a rest timer (so you don’t have to continuously look at your phone) and auto start rest timer when you put in a set would be added, this would a great weight tracker.
