Also why does my new call never pop up on the app I have to hit refresh every time. Kinda dumb to have to call your driver almost every time to tell them they have a call don’t you think?

I hate using the app now. A month ago it was just fine. The address being on every tab was perfect. Why remove it???

Photos/Notes
Like the previous guy said about not doing portrait photos anymore and also can’t do commas and some other characters in the notes anymore

The same issue I have been complaining about for almost 2 years now!!!
It will not stop saving photos to camera roll. If I go into settings and click don’t save photos to camera roll it will just click back to save photos to camera roll.
It is annoying to have to go into my camera roll to delete 50 pictures after working all day.
After the newest update, the issue I have been complaining about for more than 2 years is still present as ever. But now there’s a new issue. When the notification goes off it goes off 4-5 times.

Finally Push Notifications!
Fantastic re-write! Push notifications! My photos aren't lost. I can create new calls on the road! I can see past calls. All around better!!
Simple changes for greater usefullness
This app desperately needs a notification feature. Also, it should formatted to only accept 10 digit phone numbers, preventing dispatchers from entering incomplete entries which defeats the usefulness of the one-dialing feature. Lastly, add a field for unit numbers of the vehicle being towed.
No notification sound
I have the iPhone 6 and I don't get any type of notification sound when a call comes in. Why is that ?

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks and still cannot set this app in my notification center. When ever i receive a call i do not get an audible notification. IPhone 5 also had the same issues with IPhone 5c
Lacking features
Needs push notifications, logs me out often. The ability to edit the alert tone, also to see addresses in app maps would be nice, also copy ability of addresses or at least allow touch of address to open in map app or google maps.
