2nd time using
I used to work for a company that used Badger and I really enjoyed working with it. I left that company a couple months ago and went to work for another company and they were not using Badger or anything. I tried several free alternatives including Google maps that didn’t do as much that I was used to. So I went ahead and bought it. I do enjoy the routing, and I am able to work up cold calls rather easily using Places. Using the visualize tab really helps with my routing. I haven’t set up where my most important customers are. One other thing, customer service is spectacular! They are quick to respond and are eager to help. I had a massive account list and they were able to upload it rather quickly, which was very much appreciated! If you’re looking for a routing and mapping app, this is the one that you need to get!

Well worth using for travel stops and grouping your clients
Extremely Helpful Sales Tool!
I have been using Badger now for 4 months and I absolutely love it. It is so helpful to be able to visualize all of my accounts and prospects side by side on a map and then add check ins and details of my visits to each account for quick reference later. The lasso tool makes selecting a group of accounts so easy by location and then creates an optimized route for me to follow each day. I also love that by using the places tab, I can see the accounts that are cross referenced by Google and other sources against my account list. This helps me see address changes, office hours, phone numbers, and other helpful info in one place. This has been such a valuable tool for my business so far, I’m having so much fun continuing to learn all that it can do!

The BEST
I used Badger app in the past and it worked great. I started a new position and tried to get a less expensive navigation app and It was terrible. I just re-upped my service from Badger app today. I also spoke with Michael Cruz today in customer support ( top notch communication and problem solving skills) for quite a while today. He basically gave me a tutorial and shared some of the new features that I will DEFINITELY use. He does an outstanding job. Thank you Badger app thank you Michael Cruz.

Best Route Mapping Tool / Very Versatile!!
I have been using Badger for two years now, and this is my favorite app hands-down. I use it every day for work for outside sales so I can keep track of conversations and previous notes. Whenever I show it and the routes I made to my coworkers or bosses, they can tell I'm ready to go and very organized. I also use it to pin restaurants I want to try in the areas I am working as well as pin bike trail heads so I am able to find them later. They also have the best customer service experience out of any app I've used and if they don't answer, they call right back and are always very pleasant and helpful. When there is a need which is hardly ever I honestly feel like they are a part of my team and genuinely want to help me. I would recommend this app 100 times!

Top notch customer service!
I am new to Badger. Haven’t even taken it into the field yet! However, I will be replacing two other routing softwares that I currently use with Badger because it does the job both of them better! At least I think it does. What I mean is these other two software may be adequate, but I will never know because the customer service was so inadequate that I never really made use of them. I am not the most computer literate person in the world so things have to be explained thoroughly! So not only did Mike at Badger initiate a call to me but he was patient, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable. In one session took me from zero to where I am very comfortable with many features of the program! I wouldn’t say that I have mastered it. But as long as Mike is around, it’s only a matter of time.

This app saved me time, made me money and provided an ideal way to keep track of my store visits and pictures.
I started with the free trial, and leaned on their support team to get started. Its pretty intuitive and easy to work with, especially with their 24/7 superior ongoing support (phone, chat or email). I now have the paid single user license (month to month and very reasonably priced) as that’s all I need for now. They also have team and enterprise packages as well if you have more users.
They also respond quickly on all support platforms, including email (same day, and many times, same hour!).
If you need to do any route sales, service or other account check-ins on a regular basis, or manage a team that does, give the Badger team a try. You’ll see just how “Bad@$$” you can truly be in your job!
