Need two versions

Way to much info on a tiny phone screen perhaps make a streamlined model for people who don’t want to fiddle around so much and just want it to register steps & stairs, aka older people who could actually benefit from this but quickly lose patience with needless complexity.

Well I tried it for a month and found it required too much of me inputting things like I drank water, ate a proper breakfast ….. so I deleted it.

Outage each day 8pm-9pm EST

The app frequently boots me out, will lose connection to third part tracking apps (Fitbit, Apple Health etc.), but the most annoying issue is not being able to track my healthy habits every single day from 8-9pm est; claims an error and nothing seems to repair it. Anytime outside of those hours, that feature is available.

App Update Failed

No longer works after July 2024 update. Gives “App Update Failed” trying to open.

Poor Design & “Start Now” Buttons Are Annoying

My employer recently transitioned our medical benefits onto this platform. You spend all day clicking around and waiting for information to load. I tried to look up an in-network provider and the app forces you to search by geographic parameters first and doesn’t allow you to enter in what you are searching for. It takes forever to try and retrieve the entire list and then tells you that your search is too broad (duh!) and returns back zero results and finally lets you enter in clinic/provider/specialty. If you want to search for anything else, it makes you start the whole process again. I spent 30 mins trying to find a speech therapist and I still haven’t found one. I gave up and called my healthplan instead. I also tried to pull up my benefits and I have to scroll thru all these nonsense, make 3 additional clicks, click on “start now”, and then I get to my benefits. What’s up with all these “start now” buttons…this is not some video game. I’m just trying to access my summary of benefits which is a pdf. Waste of time!

Timezones are an issue

This is great overall but it doesn’t deal with timezones properly. I live in New Zealand, which is often a day ahead of the US and the only way I can enter todays stats is to go back to yesterday and change it there. The changes don’t affect yesterday but pop up in today. I expect I am missing out on rewards because of this.

Glitchy

Have to use this for my work benefits but it certainly doesn’t make it easy with frequent glitches

Good Idea not rewarding for everyone

The app is very good, but it’s not rewarding for some people, maybe only professional athletes could achieve best rewards, most people could be frustrated.

Doesn’t count steps from FitBit

Gives you more points in the app for interacting with it than it does for actually being active. I can click and press buttons in app to gain over 150 points a day without lifting a finger. But an hour hard workout will only give you 60pts. The max number of points you can get for steps is 140, but if you get these, you can’t also get points for working out. If you consider yourself fit or athletic, don’t consider this app, unless your company is making you.
