Give me back the old app!
Give me back the old app, which worked great every time. Why change something that was consistent, reliable, mirrored perfectly to the thermostat in our home, and responsive ..to something that is the complete opposite of all these!? Give us back the old app!! Please!!

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. We've had several issues with our cloud vendor that unfortunately happened at the same time as the app launch. The cloud problems are on the way to being rectified, but there are some lingering issues. This app works if you want to change the temperature on your York thermostat. That’s about all it does, and even then it doesn’t work as well as getting up and adjusting the thermostat manually.
It does not have any options to use any of the scheduling and programming that is built into the communicating thermostat.

Old app was way better
This app does not show enough of the controls on the open page. The older app had way more info when opening the app.
App is a lot worst then previous
I’ve had this app since 2015. This is by far the worst. Your cubicle world nerds did a real bad job on this one
I’ve owned an HVAC Company for over 16 years
This modulating zone system with modulating dampers in conjunction with the high end HVAC system I installed on my personal house is epic. Most comfortable system I’ve ever installed in someone’s home. I don’t even typically sell this brand. My brand I sell to customers does not even have this option to be a awesome, variable, modulate, adjust temps, air flows and such. You don’t have to be an expert to know what your want!

I have a top of the line York hvac and Intelicomfort app has practically no features and limits me greatly to what I can do compared to my thermostat features. Plus the temperature readings are not correct.

This is the worst app ever it works it doesn’t work. If I could give it no stars than I would. Johnson controls won’t spend a dime to make this thing more user friendly if I could Recommend against this system I would

No one seeems to know what “PRIM TEMP SENSOR OPEN” means in the fault notifications or how to fix it. So I have this fault reported in my notifications every few minutes. Had service people come in to try to fix, they phoned service company, but no one knows how to fix it. The settings that I put in for a temperature schedule never stays in the system. It seems to pick its own settings as they do not reflect what I entered and saved. It is an extremely long wait to get through to service people by phone. Can this all be fixed?
