Not for homeowners
If they could be more specific on the description would be great.
I even called the customer service to identify my login. The rep did not realize this is not for home owner neither.

I’ve been trying to login to this app for the last SIX months. I have written emails, I’ve changed passwords, I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do, yet, still I am NOT able to access any of my information from this app! I would not EVER recommend using this app if you want your information. Just go to the website and MAYBE you’ll get lucky...just don’t try to access the site with your phone; you have to use a computer!Show lessZagnith

There is no app for homeowners to be able to check on their loans. It’s great you help people who sell your product but not all the people that have it and continue to pay for salaries.UnitedSteve

Need an app to pay your mortgage
You need an app for customers to pay their mortgage. If you have one for brokers you should have one for customers or integrate a customer option into this one. It’s 2020 spend some money and make it happen please!GQ420
Still not for homeowners.
UWM still does not have an app for homeowners. Complaints about this go back more than a year and no homeowner app has been developed. The website for mobile user is slow and choppy without a user friendly interface. Many other loan companies have very user friendly apps, it’s a shame UWM can’t get it together to take care of their customers.Show lessflopadopalis
