Abandonware?
However, this app is becoming less and less reliable, and with no updates in 7 months, I think we may have to consider it abandonware now. Such a shame!

Hi there, it's absolutely not abandonware and we have a iOS 18 update coming out any day. In fact we've been super busy building an all new from the ground up V3 edition of ETA. So there's lots going on behind the scenes and sorry our public updates haven't been as frequent as they have. Long story short we're still here and have some great plans. BTW - just to clarify ETA isn't a subscription, it's a one off purchase.
Works less than it should for a paid app

Hi Andy, not sure what happened to your previous review but we certainly cannot delete them. In my original reply I suggested limiting your number of locations in the app to less than 10, especially if you have lots of widgets as sometimes Apple Maps restricts the number of data calls. Google Maps is not available for us to use due to its pricing model. Please send us an email at hello@whatsmyeta.co if you need any further help getting ETA working.

This app is a must!
The app is AWESOME and very simple to use. If I may suggest two features to be added it would be to enable multiple addresses of the same contact (ex home and work).
The second would be to categorize your saved locations by color (green is recreational, yellow is eats, blue is business, purple is friends etc.
Bottom line is, this super helpful app is a must!

Update 5/8 - Replying again to your followup. I still haven't received your email and I've checked out support inbox this morning and don't have anything relating to a bug with the app for the last couple of weeks. If you are sending us an email it's not coming through. Please double check you're emailing hello@whatsmyeta.co or alternatively you can use the chat box on our website whatsmyeta.co. I'm sorry you're not having a great experience with ETA and I really want to help resolve the problem. But your review is only focused on how we're not answering your email and not outlining the actual problem you're having with ETA. If you can give me information on your issue I can try to at least resolve through this review interface. As a developer yourself you must understand we need the problem detailed to be able to work towards a resolution. Update 26/7 - Hi again. Unfortunately we don't get names from these reviews so I simply don't know which support email is yours (it comes up here as 'Reviewed By Again'). As I mentioned previously please email again hello@whatsmyeta.co or reply to the email you receive from App Review and I'll jump right on it personally. I'd love to get ETA up working for you again. We have a 4 out of 5 rating which is pretty good for a 10 year old app. Also you can see I respond to every review so we're very active in supporting our app. Admittedly I do miss an email here and there simply because we're a 2 person team and things slip through the cracks. Unsure what you mean in that we make a habit of advertising feature that do not work, we certainly don't do that. As an app that has been in the App Store for over 10 years we'll attract some negative reviews but often it's due to a user not getting permissions correct or having an expectation on travel time always being up to date (due to platform restrictions complications and widgets update every 10-15mins which we state in our app listing). Good, but needs some options

Excellent app, wonderful developer support
Recently experienced a bug that the developers were quick and responsive to fixing. Have depended on this app for years and don’t plan on stopping any time soon!
