Camera works only sometimes
Over the past few months when trying to do a mobile deposit of a check, it tries to open the camera and tells you to rotate the camera but you can’t even see an image on the screen. You have to close out app, then try it all over again to do the same thingSico and the man

I enjoy this app on my iPad but both iPad and iPhone doesn’t have quick text insert to help people that might have problems of spelling or switching words around I hope they can give quick text sooniShield82

Mobile deposit issues
Usually this app is wonderful. However, since upgrading my phone to an iPhone 12 I've had nothing but problems with the mobile deposit function. I keep getting errors about my check being not well lit, or my check is bent, and other malfunctions which after speaking with your representatives is not the issue. Please fix this. I would really have to hate switching banks because of something so small.irritated disabled mobile user
