Not sure when it changed but the app is requesting full calendar access which isn’t required to add an appointment. Please change back. ThanksNeutron Dump

Hi Neutron, Thank you for your feedback. GiveBlood requires Full Access for 2 reasons: • To update the donor’s Calendar after rescheduling/canceling an appointment. • To check if their appointment is already in the donor’s Calendar. You will see a pop up giving you the option to allow or don't allow. You can choose to not allow. Thank you for being a donor. Not sure why there are no blood donation locations in Abbotsford, as we must go all the way to Surrey or Langley.

Helllo, we have sufficient capacity within our national network of donor centres to keep meeting patients’ needs for blood. However, there is a global shortage of medications called immunoglobulins and plasma needed to make them. We are collecting more plasma, and dedicated plasma donor centres, like the one in Abbotsford, help ensure patients in Canada keep receiving the lifesaving medications they depend on. -CTU have all u want
This is a very good app, u can get all u want to know in this one! U can see the detailed info about ur previous donation and the next available day for urself to give. The feature of adding automatically the appointment to calendar is very practical! Just several clicks and u all good! Also ppl working in donation centre are super friendly and caring.
