This app offers a wonderful introduction to a mindful eating lifestyle. This is the missing piece in even some of the best healthy eating "non-diet" plans. Let's face it, we all eat for reasons besides being hungry. Unusable :(
I hate making bad reviews, especially since this app includes some ridiculously helpful information, but I'm rarely ever able to access the app's help because it takes 2+ minutes to load and my phone usually refreshes the app before the loading's done. Confusing
I purchased this app based on the stellar reviews. The first few steps are great, leading me through mindfulness about wanting to eat. Unfortunately, the process ends at the app thing me that it's normal to want something good in my life. There's a blank page that supposed to be a chart that is empty with no clear way to plot it, and the home page seems to indicate that the graph will plot itself, which isn't happening.
