  • Poor customer service

    I went to stc store in Olaya to add a number on my dad’s ID card, the manager (majed) seemed careless and he told us “maybe the error is because too many numbers are registered under my dad name” so someone must switch the name. Apparently that wasn’t the needed to somve the issue. My package “Mofawtar 2” data was downgraded without me being informed of that, and the manager didn’t even care about the issue! The app is very hard to use and everyone acting stupid when i inform of the issue on the app and phone “the plan only comes with X amount of data”. No one cares to help you

  • The app doesn't work properly after the update

    My STC application was working fine before the update. After the update, started to freeze every now and then. Now every time I need to reinstall it to work. I hope you address this problem. Thank you.
  • Direct access is gone

    Last year I started being able to add credit and buy WiFi plans for my WiFi sim using the app (while connected to the WiFi signal, with the sim in a separate portable router). All was well. But then in early summer, direct access went away. Even the STC website direct access button doesn’t work, it just says to download the iPhone app. I tried putting the WiFi sim in my phone, but the app still didn’t work. How can I check my WiFi credit and add more if it runs low? I guess go to the STC office. Hope it doesn’t run out when I’m far from home and it’s 50° out, I depend on Ubers.

    It’s a strange app. When I first opened it, I hit “continue as #####” (my WiFi sim, which I have in a WiFi box and am using to access the Internet). I could check my data balance that way, which is mainly what I want it for. (I’ve never been able to buy more WiFi credit with the app.) But then every time I re-open the app after a day or two, it says my session has expired and asks for me to log in with a password. I don’t have a password. I have learned that I should force-close the app, and when I open it again, it goes back to “continue as #####” and I can use it again. I don’t know why it doesn’t just go to this “continue” screen after logging me out in the first place, instead of asking for a password.

  • App Crashes upon Bill Payment

    Dear developers,

    Everytime I need to click on pay bill, the app crashes.

    In the beginning everything was fine till lately I can’t access my bill details and I can’t pay through the application as well, I am vey disappointed .
  • Bad service

    The internet speed is super bad, like one of the worst internet speed I ever used in my life, basically, you pay a lot of money for a bad internet service, Even though I live in Jeddah and their service in this city is supposed to be good as they say in the media, but nah it’s still bad

  • لا يليق بالشركة

    الحقيقة التطبيق في غاية الفائدة.
    لكن الترتيب للخدمات يحتاج بحث وجولة في كل مرة.
    الموضوع يحتاج ترتيب تسلسل الخدمات في التطبيق
  • New update let me down

    I was able to use the app to recharge my data SIM while abroad or offshore as long as I had internet service.

    With the latest update there’s no direct log in to only recharge, thus requires validation and most times that doesn’t work for commuter workers. The option to just recharge without full login should be back
