    Enjoy streaming daily to watch the news etc or movies. This is expensive but great for the temporary fix of being in another country.

  • Stc monthly internet payments

    Was able to use vetted credit without delay and clumsy security numbers. Often hampered by slow wife which is not stc fault but server here has strict security protocol Payment was swift and reliable

  • Poor services

    The service of STC is poor. It can do a lot better if attitude of its staff improves. They are Government servant n they behave masters rather service providers Their customer services centers are pathetic Staff take so much of time to attend even a small issue There should be a Superviser on the head of staff, no customer should wait for more than 15 min after he takes the token I had lot of problem while traveling outside the kingdom Roaming / internet was very poor STC should think of privatization or induct foreign partner to improve services

  • Great Service fro the APP

    Using the application on the phone is very good. It is simple and easy. Unfortunately the people that work at your kiosk in the various malls in Riyadh are very unfriendly too your clients. They are rude and dismissive. They will talk on their own cell phones, while many people are standing at the kiosk for assistance. They are not at all helpful. You should go to any kiosk in Riyadh and see how they treat the people. Very unprofessional.

  • Does what I need it to do

    App does what I need it to do, without any fuss. Would be better if I could select exactly how much to top up by, but itโ€™s easy enough.
    Subscriptions could be a continuous payment authority, too, for renewals, but once a month top up isnโ€™t so bad.

  • They forces me to subscribe to unselected Sawa package

    This app is ridiculous. When you try to subscribe to one certain Sawa package it will ask you to compare with other package higher in the price. Then you when you try to proceed with the payment they will show you the higher package which you donโ€™t want it at all. This issue is keep happening to me and my friends a lot. Itโ€™s a way of forcing me to choose higher package. Shame.
