Worth every penny
This app tells you, based on mathematical modelling coupled with historic crowd levels, which parks are busiest on which days and also gives live and much more accurate queue times than the official park apps. A trip to Orlando resorts is only improved by this app.
Does not receive the love that WDW does
As always, the UOR Lines app does not receive the love that the WDW app does. It STILL has not been updated to fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max size screen and looks extremely awkward on those devices.
Needs to combine WDW and US/IOA
This app/website would be better if we could combine the plans with WDW and US. Now, you have to switch pages in order to view plans for the different parks.
love this app - saves hours
third time ive purchased this app and couldnt imagine going to a park without it. totally worth the money as it will save you hours in the park even if you dont use it to plan your day.
i wish that the forecasts were higher on the page and there was a one sentence description of each ride (in addition to the review).

Not as good ...
Tried this app a few years ago in California and it was good. However, this time around in Florida the wait time indicators were not accurate in my experience compared to the free Disney or Universal apps. The crowd calendar information appeared to be way off as well. Not recommended.

Did what it promised, which was reduce time wasted waiting for rides.

We are sitting in Rose and Crown during a downpour at 8:47 pm and pulled up the app to review our day. Everyone has the same comment you see as this review’s title.
Combine this app with The Unofficial Guide and the book/app combination will pay for itself several times over.

Because of this app and subscription...
... we did everything we wanted to at Universal Florida. Using the Unofficial Guide book to understand the parks and the Lines app to track the parks before your visit allows you to plan according to the flow of the park. When in the parks use this along with the Universal app and you will have a great time. The Lines ride times were very similar to The Universal app, but Lines gives you forecasting suggestions to wait or ride anytime. Plus you can mark the rides completed and re evaluate your touring plan.

Easily worth the $
I decided to try this app on a whim and have not regretted it for a moment. As someone who has almost no paid apps, a $7 purchase was a stretch, but I now strongly recommend this app to anyone I know going to universal. The wait times are accurate (and includes single rider wait times), and maybe the most useful feature (that official Universal apps don’t offer) is the wait time “forecast” for later in the day (ex. “30 minute wait for Spider-Man right now; will be shorter after 5pm”) which is super useful for planning what you want to ride next and whether a longer wait is worthwhile.
It’s important to note: I am NOT a theme park “hacker” who is trying to maximize every single minute of every visit. I just like to enjoy the parks at my own pace and I still find this app very useful for guiding my visit.

Great app for happy vacations!
I have used this app at Disney World and Universal.
I love that we can put in what rides we want to go on and how many times we want to ride them and then the app optimizes a plan for us.
I love that it adjusts based on crowd levels, so we have an accurate plan.
I love that it gives us a sense of what is possible and what is really not possible.
I love that I can customize the plan and save multiple versions of the same day.
I love that, mid-day, we can change our plans, and spend 5 minutes running scenarios through the app to see which order gets us the most optimized day.
I love that it allows the flexibility to choose walking speeds so we can adjust for when my husband is taking the kids around or my elderly parents (or my disabled self) are joining the fun.
This app has left us feeling that we got the absolute most out of our vacation, so it has contributed to our overall satisfaction and relaxation.
