Love the game, I find it very challenging. A few things a little bothersome, for example giving me a time limit and the goal is to serve so many of one recipe, except I don’t have enough customers in my time limit requesting the recipe in question, resulting in my having to play the same level many time to pass. Doesn’t matter how much money you spend, if the levels aren’t giving you the option to pass on the first try then it’s not passable. Second issue is having to touch things multiple times to get it to register, I’ve lost levels because I’m moving faster than the app, the app should be able to keep up with my taps. A bit glitchy but otherwise fun!

Back to the ridiculous amount of coins required to get ‘essential’ appliances to even start a new location. Not for me, I’m afraid, I’m not willing to pay 600,000 coins to even start a new location (a free level before having to purchase anything would be a far better strategy), and bored with the old ones, so I guess it’s time for me to move on…..
A shame after almost 10 years playing, but I’m not a millionaire, this is just a bit of enjoyment which is now too expensive!

Keep playing our game and stay tuned for more!You must delete the app each time you want to play. You must reload the app, then go through numerous steps to get it to play! What a pain. Progress is not saved, so you can’t receive rewards for daily play. This has been a problem for months. Loved the game when it worked!

We’re happy to let you know that the iPad loading issue has been resolved with the latest update 11.0.5. Please make sure to install the latest version of the game.
If you get a pop-up asking you to log in to enter the game, simply click on "Sign In," and you won't get stuck.The game won’t load, needs to delete and reinstall everyday. Now not getting gifts from friends at all. This game is more issues then fun now.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have already reported it to our team and they are working on the fix.I have to delete the game every time I close the app and reinstall it for it to work and the game keeps crashing after I have made purchases and the developers will reply to other emails I have issued about but not refunding money.
I love the game and have played for years and years, but I just feel like they’re happy to fix the bugs but not refund the lost money.
