    Love the game but every time I go t start it up it won’t start. I am ready to quit the game as it doesnt work more than it works

    We are aware of the loading issue with iPad players, and our team is in contact with the Apple and Facebook teams for the fix.
  • Won’t load

    Game will no longer load at all on iPad. Put in a ticket in April but it’s been put on hold and still not fixed 3 months later. Too bad.

    It stays loading, it won't open, it was only today, I give you a single star so you can review and fix the error, because the game is good and entertaining

  • Fun game but lots of bugs and unfair levels

    Update to my review: The app constantly needs to be deleted and reloaded onto my device in order to load. I’ve had to do this 3 times now. It’s really annoying. Please fix this game!

    This game is a lot of fun, but it needs to be fixed and changes need to be made. For some levels, when you need to serve a specific number of a certain dish, not enough customers ask for it and you can’t possibly win without either playing the level over and over or spending money. This really is not fair. Also, when you purchase the 3 additional customers, the more times you do it, the more Flo slows down, gets stuck, and the game stops responding. In addition, in some levels, the oven doesn’t work properly. When you put ingredients into it, sometimes the ingredients go behind the oven and you can’t see if the recipe is cooking or when it’s ready, and often it burns. In the levels where you can’t lose customers, the customers get impatient so quickly and leave. This is also unfair. Please fix these things!

  • Hacker disabled my Facebook

    I had so many in app purchases and a hacker got into my Facebook and had disabled now I lost out on the money and all my progress DO NOT download for fear you loose your Facebook

  • Love this game, but it certainly has glitches

    Love playing this game, it keeps me occupied and distracted for a good while. I like the fact that they allow us to watch ads so that we can gain some premium ingredients and coins, so we don’t necessarily have to purchase any cash- I do anyways for the premium equipment but that’s fine lol.

    There are some glitches. Sometimes when playing, I might be clicking on a customer to give them their dish, and it won’t register so I have to click on them multiple times when I need to be attending to other customers. Also the levels end abruptly sometimes when I have 1-2 customers left and enough time to complete their dishes. Last thing is that I’ve been attempting to play for a few days now and it’s just not loading. Each time I go on, it says I’ve lost internet connection when my connection is fine. I just need my game back 😫

  • App not working

    The app has not loaded up or started in the past 24 hours for me. Ive updated and deleted/reinstalled with no success

  • Progress Deleted

    Opened the app this morning to see that all of my progress from the Greek food level, to Publin was deleated. It seems to have reset my account to someone else’s. horrible.

    Have you synced the game with Facebook? If yes, kindly log in to Facebook and check whether you got progress back. If not, then provide your old Player ID or saved game achievements in the Game Center or Google Play Store to the support team https://kitchenscramble.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
  • Love it except for…

    … the fact that you HAVE to have a certain amount of a product sold to pass some levels and sometimes not enough customers even order the thing you need them to in order to pass the level!
    I have played levels time and time again, getting 3 stars each time but still not pass because I literally cannot complete the goal.
    And I know this is a tactic to get people to buy cash in game to ‘skip’ the level, but we shouldn’t have to to play the game!
    Aside from that, love it and will continue to play as long as new levels keep coming out!
    Shame about the second one - it had promise but they have just stopped updating it.
