I love this game
Yes it crashes, yes there are bugs but what game doesn’t have these issues? I’ve been playing for years have purchased cash and ingredients sparingly and still enjoy it immensely. The quest is a great addition to the game creates another challenge especially when you need to earn more cash or supplies. The levels are clever takes on dishes from all countries and cultures. It’s a good way to spend some time and your supplies run out so keeps your game playing time to a minimum it’s addictive and fun. I think some of these reviews are harsh. Thanks to the creators for coming up with new ways to enhance the game. I have told many people about the game and everyone loves it. My Strange Addiction
Everything that everyone has said about this game is 100% true. There are so many bugs and crashes and annoying commercials but at the end of the day I love this game and have been playing it for 5 years. The reason I stay is because the game play and the creativity of new levels and dishes are really wonderful. The reason I’m writing this review after so many years of playing this game is because of the new Quest feature. It’s amazing.... PLEASE DON’T TAKE IT AWAY. It gives players a chance to move on to new levels much more easily and I’ve notice I’ve been playing the game non stop since it was introduced. Amazing but overpriced
This game is so fun and addictive, it would have gotten 5 stars if the developer wasn’t so greedy. I would have bought lots of dollars, boosters and supplies on many occasions if they were actually reasonably priced but you get barely anything for your money. Some advice for the developers on this way, make everything cheap and you will get much more people buying the extras on multiple occasions. Horrible game
I have had this game for a while and even though it’s fun to play - unless you’re looking for a disappointment don’t download it.
This game has so many crashes and bugs- and they are rarely connected. I have been in contact with the game creators and every time I advise them it’s not working they ask a trail of questions that leads no where and then they ask for me to send over details from screens within the game- which I can’t access because the game will LITERALLY NOT OPEN. When I advise them of this they basically say “we’re stumped and we will work on this in the mean time play on Facebook” which is not accessible via mobile phone. I have also purchased cling packs and credits through this game - all pointless since it won’t open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times it’s crazy and have about 50 emails back and forth with support. It’s a very fun game but not worth the time to get in functioning and only really being able to play it about 2 months out of the whole year.
Save your self the frustration, disappointment and headache - don’t download ANY games form this company. Thanks RockYou games - for nothing and bad customer support.Show lessde2108

I was addicted to the game but now I may play once a month if y make this game impossible to pass a level without spending money to buy premium supplies. They also have u making all these dishes that requires one appliances, not being able to serve everyone which makes you fail the level each time and if u pass the level, you get one star which causes you not to achieve enough tokens to go to the next town. Mo top of this, I decided to buy cash to actually lose my money after I bought it because the game froze then rebooted and my cash I purchased was not there and my card was charged for me purchasing the cash. I contacted support but still I don’t have my cash on the game nor the money back on my card. I lost hopes for this game which USE to be so much fun.Show lessatstanley723
Don't fall into this trap
This review says more about need than the game. I have been playing this for two or three years now. The game is fun but it's terrible. The supplies take too long to refresh, the game is obviously fixed on several levels et I will pay money for the ridiculously expensive cash. As FD at as the fixing, there are levels that require certain dishes to be served. Say you need to serve 4 shrimp. You play the whole level but no one will request the shrimp. So now you've wasted super expensive supplies. Also, the game requires you to make so much on each level. Yet the dish prices are fixed and you can't make that amount without buying cash to purchase select premium ingredients. Even if you do the next time you play the level. o one I'll request the dish with that ingredient. Now let's talk about crashing. The game crashes CONSTANTLY. and not just any crash. It crashes after you hit play on a level. This means you have lost supplies and any premium ingredient you paid for for that level. I've been refunded so many times it's dumb. Yet I still play. The watch and earn is a joke. There are never videos available. It works maybe once a month. Just greedy creators. I've decided. Yet I still play. Update: I finally uninstalled and found several similar games that are more stable and don't require so much cash to pass levels. Still love the game but I felt more like I was being conned than enjoying the two hours of rest I get a day.Show lessantibeauty

This game is NOT what it used to be. It is far too glitchy to be fun for anyone to play. I lose groceries by the bundle bc "the game needs to restart". I was simply told by Support that connecting to FB fixes most issues...I'm sure it does-along with free advertising.
Don't fall for the "Free Cash" advertisement. I have completed 3 of the requested tutorials and other tasks to earn free cash and got nothing. I contacted KS Support who told me to "contact the advertisers who promised the reward"...I'm thinking that KS bc it's THEIR currency. But I contact all of the support teams from the programs I downloaded to get KS cash and ALL of them told me to contact KS. I contacted KS Support again with this information and they told me the same thing as before. Whomever is responsible for give the cash...KS is responsible for making sure their players get what was promised.Show lessIrshdoll4444
Gone downhill.
This used to be my favourite game. Unfortunately, the further I move along, the more I impossible it becomes to progress without buying copious amounts of cash. I don’t want to even imagine how much money I’ve spent trying to get as far as I have, and now I have to put up with loud and obnoxious ads as well. I regret the money I’ve spent. I’m sick of having to purchase new items every level, and having to go back and boost my score with levels I’ve, already played to increase my coins. I’ve been playing other time management games recently, and discovered kitchen scramble is one of the least user-friendly games out there. The developers seem to get greedier by the day, and I’m totally disappointed.Show lessChumpess
Fun game. Hard to get upgrades
This is my favorite kitchen/service game. It works and runs smoothly and i love the animation. I dont mind having to wait for supplies to replenish before i get to play more levels. But i wish it was way easier/more feasible to get bucks in order to upgrade materials or get tokens. I would watch ads all day if i could get a few bucks for watching an add. The current "earn free bucks" thing does not work except for earning one buck for clicking an ad. The actual dollar cost for buy ingame upgrade bucks is ridiculous. I really wonder how many people spend the money to buy upgrade bucks because its way higher than the ratio that other games offer that i have actually purchased or considered purchasing. I wont even consider it in this game. Please make it easier to earn more bucks faster so that the items can be upgraded. It would make the game 10x more enjoyable.Show lessLesilly21
Scramble
I love the game and like how the different stages make different recipes etc, I don't like that while I am on a stage, the game turns off randomly. I don't like that when the adverts come on it glitches and replays the ad over and I ver again before re I can skip it otherwise when the ad is finished it will just turn the whole game off. Other than these problems I love this gameShow lessDorikin
