  • Great game BUT...

This is a fab game... when it works. I’m a very patient person but even I’m being driven crazy by the way it crashes after every level, then won’t open up again until it’s had a rest for a while.
Opening the game is a pain, too, so many screens to get through, each appearing one after the other. As I said, the actual game is brilliant, but getting it to work is DOING ME HEAD IN!!!

  • Uggghh

Played this game for over a year not a bad game. Just so much crashing it doesn’t make sense. Every time i hit play it crashes making me waste my credits and supplies. I delete the game and reinstall every time and still no changes. Spent so much money on this game. The developers are ripping us off. The premium supplies cost so much and you only get three for ten bucks such a rip off. I recently switch phones and installed it on my new phone connect to my Facebook and it would not bring me to the last level i was left at on the old phone. I had purchased so many of the premium cooking pots and now they magically disappeared. I sent a email to support team and never received a respond. Hopefully they update it soon. Still no update?

Game only allows me to play WiFi why is that ?
I tried this game on other phones with different cellular service. It doesn’t allow me to use my cellular data to play the game keeps saying no internet connection

  • Love it but there is a glitch

I love the game a lot. However there is a level that has no way of passing. It is level 155 in desert oasis. To pass the level you need to serve 2chocolate cakes to the customers. However the number of customers that arrive are fixed and I can’t control what they order. I have played that level 10 was times and the customers just don’t seem to order 2 chocolate cakes! It is literally impossible to pass the level. I suggest you look into that level because I can’t play ahead if I can’t pass the level. Apart from that I love the idea and graphics of the game. This is the best cooking game I have played...

  • Rock You ruined an amazing game with their greed

All of the other 1 star reviews are absolutely correct! I started playing this game years ago when Disney was the developer, it was great then! Now that Rock you has taken over, there are way too many ads, the game is unplayable without spending actual money... and even then it’s difficult to advance. I had no problem spending money to play this game until it became absolutely necessary, and I was forced to watch ads in between each match. Don’t waist your time doing the ‘watch and earn’ option. You’ll watch the ad, Rock you will get the revenue, but then you’ll just get an error message rather than a reward. ‘Rock You’ ruined this game and managed to exhibit that they’re a bunch of greedy developers who buy amazing games only to ruin them and alienate faithful players.

  • Glitches. Please fix

I love love this game, but it has some flaws that I wish can be fixed by the next update. I play as soon as my supplies are full and sometimes I don't even wait. I also spend money on this game. When I enter the game, it goes dark, like frozen where u can't do anything, then it works. On my husbands account, it works immediately after its loaded. Then when I go to claim my gifts on my iPad, most of the time the game doesn't give me my supplies. On any even day, I loose about 10-15 supplies. Then when I'm in the middle of playing, it goes slow and fill of glitches. I cannot play like that. And at this moment, I'm unable to play because it ls frozen. Finally, I would also like to know why I don't see all my request like gifts on my iPad that I see on my laptop. I hope you can get back to me or fix my issues. Thank you. I'll be checking back.

  • Fun, but bugs REALLY need to be fixed

I do love playing this game, but upgrades are difficult to get, too expensive, and some levels are so difficult to pass that upgrades and premium ingredients are REQUIRED to pass!!
Other than paying lots of real money, the only way to get upgrades and premium ingredients is to do the "Watch and Earn" feature, but I've had SO MANY times where the ad plays perfectly fine, but the game freezes and won't give me the reward!
That is SO not cool. I'm watching your ads and your app is crashing 30% of the time and not giving me the reward!!
Thaw REALLY needs to be fixed. It's infuriating. And no, it's not a publish with my WiFi connection. The ad plays perfectly....😤

  • Nice game..it freezes too much though

Really fun, challenging game. It really needs bugs and glitches fixed. It's forever freezing, and when it comes back all the meals are burnt and you have lost the game..lost your 10 entry points. Very frustrating and I have been playing for three years and still this has not been fixed. The ads are loud and super annoying and often there is no "X" to clear out of them. Worth fixing these things as its a great game when it works and if it loads.

  • Love hate relationship

This is probably one of my favorite apps of all time, out of all the cooking games on the App Store this one seems to be of the highest quality and has the best game play. I will say however that the game needs obvious bug fixes, it takes much too long to load and seems to be out of date in that sense. Additionally the game has a ton of levels, but the timing of supplies gives players about five levels before you have to wait an hour to play, making it nearly impossible to play through even half of the towns without forgetting about the game while you’re waiting. I really wish the company would focus more on advertising power boosts and other elements of the game for revenue so that the timing of supplies could be reduced or even eliminated. I feel like they’d probably make more money that way too, I feel like someone is less likely to pay to play, than they are to pay to play better.

  • Perfect but ...

Being a true time management game fan this one has EVERYTHING. I love it BUT it takes 50 minutes to replenish enough supplies to play just one game (lasting for around two/three minutes). So at most in the evening I get around ten minutes play on it. It feels FAR too long for any game and takes the enjoyment out of it.
I have no issue with paying for supplies however for £5 you get enough for around 15 minutes of gameplay and it doesn’t seem like value for money ...I would rather pay a premium price to get unlimited supplies for each ‘town’ because I tend to play each level more than once to aim for three stars.
Such a shame because it has everything going for it but the overtly greed of the developers with this one.
Update :- rice cooker has disappeared from level 328 (impossible to pass without it). Was charged for kitchen cash and no kitchen cash appeared. Please sort out.

  • Used to be good

But not anymore, especially as an app, works much better on PC. I wanted to play it when I’m out but my progress is not fully synchronised, can’t receive gifts from friends, rewards from challenges don’t transfer to the PC, every single time I open the app, have to switch the music off (on the PC however have to switch the sound on, because it mutes for some reason all the time), impossible to finish levels without spending real $, and even with purchases, doubtfully. When I have some boosts, then Pepper moves slower than usual or customers order the cheapest meals or don’t order required ones. Unistalling.
