I have been playing this game for a few years and I have found that if I have any problems the support centre is brilliant at answering my questions.
I love the graphics but occasionally there is frustration at how many times I have to play a level before I am given the opportunity to pass the level.Show lessJan276oks

Now it’s impossible to move through the levels without spending a lot of money and even when you do it doesn’t guarantee the customers order. It’s cheaper to pay 25 coins to skip a level than 60 to play on and not get customer orders you need to complete the level. Hello I’m just letting you know that I’m stuck on the part where you guys put the Halloween picture up every year and then after you guys take it down for some reason it doesn’t let me play the game and I’m on an apple device this happened last year and then I couldn’t play it for about a month and then finally I don’t know you guess you guys fixed it that’s kitchen scramble one no kitchen scramble to I just started playing but you guys totally ruined the concept of it it doesn’t look at all the kitchen scramble One you guys ruined it it looks too fake the other one was so much better please I wish you guys would stop making your games like that make it look real looking like the first one if you guys were this with you or not but I keep sending it and I don’t know if it’s going to or not getting any answers but anyway it’s not only what I wrote you above but also I’m stuck and they want me to buy more tokens. I’m on level 660 and the game just crashes as soon as I start the level. I went back to level 2 to see if it was the level or the game and I let me play through the whole level no problems. Went back to 660 around 10 times and the screen just goes black and the game closes. Please fix this as I love playing this gameShow lessSummer- louise evanss

I’m on level 660 and as soon as I start the level the screen goes black and the game closes. I went back to level 2 to see if it was the level and it let me play through the entire level fine. While I did get help with my previous problem, the fact that there are many levels where it is impossible to earn three stars is ridiculous. You need stars to get passed gates and, unless you’re willing to buy them, you need to get stars from the levels. Also, the fact that you have to play some levels countless times to get passed bc the level is requiring you to make one dish a certain amount of times and they put out one customer to order that dish. It’s a really fun game to play, but with these problems, I’m getting to the point where it’s more frustrating than fun. I’m not saying the levels have to be easy, but not impossible unless you want to spend real money. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’ve been playing for a while. It’s really a fun game. However, when you get to a level that’s impossible to pass, you become ready to just delete the game. I’ve used all premium ingredients possible on the level, power ups and don’t “lose” any customers. Still can’t even get one star. What’s the point of playing if you can’t progress? Someone needs to look at this game closer and fix these problems quickly.Show lessJLopez71

I’ve been unable to open the game for the last 24 hours, I’ve played this game for years on and off but for some reason the game just won’t open and I can’t play it. Was really enjoying it too and now I’ve lost my daily bonus streak and haven’t been able to complete the challenge for the day either!!Show lessMissLaura23

I have played this game years ago and deleted after a while, but I just recently got back to playing and found it quite enjoyable. However, there are times when the levels are just insanely hard to accomplish or to get the amount of stars needed. I remembering purchasing an upgrade to one of my appliance and the game took the cash(which are so hard to earn btw) and didn’t give me the upgrade! Then I think I just recently lost some cash after an upgrade to the game! Ugh…how frustrating! I really like the game, but please fix these glitches.

Glitches ruin super good game
I love this game and have been playing it on and off for years. It’s similar to cooking dash, where you try to be quick and serve the food items, but unique with the recipes and theme. The game concept is 10/10. There’s always glitches though. Newest glitch is customers showing up after time has run out. Also, really hard to tell if you’ll get three stars on a level. After the level it tells you how much money each star needs, but during the level the bar never moves accurately to represent the money you’re making. Additionally, I know the app wants to make money, but it’s almost impossible to upgrade items because you barely make money. I try to play levels for three stars but most of the time it feels like they’re rigging the levels so you HAVE to spend money. It just feels like it’s really hard to progress in the game (updating items or getting 3 sars.) Honestly would rather pay $3 for the game to fully function and be played start to finish, rather than having “special events” and hard game play due to needing to pay real money for items.Show less22,00090

I have been playing this game for a good few years now on and off and I was really good until the adverts came along. PLEASE can you sort your glitchy adverts out. I don't mind them being there but when you watch them and then it gets stuck at the end with no way out of it so the app has to be reset and it all starts again. My record is 5 adverts with resets and still not able to play the game. Please sort this, it puts me off this game massively!!
2 years later and I’m updating my review, it takes my supplies and then kicks me out of the game and restarts, literally every time. 5 restarts in the last 4 minutes. Now I remember why I deleted this game :(Show lessWitch-bubbles
