I’ve been playing Kitchen Scramble (KS) for years, on a level 550+. There are glitches or slow loading sometimes, but nothing restarting the app doesn’t fix.
I will say the levels where you have to serve a certain amount of a specific dish is why I’m giving 3 stars. Sometimes customers will never order that dish and you have replay the level because you never got the chance to meet the requirements. OR, if/when that dish is requested the correct amount of times you never earn enough coins to pass the level. This part is so irritating to the point where I dread those dish request levels.

Not working, so upset
I’m a daily player on level 526, I had been playing by myself, until I thought connecting to Facebook to have friends and be able to send/receive gifts would be better. I did receive gifts a couple of times it even said “you have reached the gifts limit” but now I don’t receive any gifts my friends send me,I get requests from my friends, I send requests , but no gifts back. Thinking that deleting the game and reinstalling it back would solve the problem, I did so, just to find out that my bills that I had been saving for days are all gone!!! I had 15, it went to 0, all my boosters are gone too, I had a lot of golden spatulas and dishes, now they are gone. I play every to complete the tasks and get rewards. But it’s soo upsetting that they disappeared, I contacted you through the game via email and all what I was told, to sign out and in again from Facebook and that would solve the problem, I did, just to find out, that all my progress is lost and I have to start since the beginning, I hope this can be fixed, because I love the gameShow lessccbrl78

I’ve been playing this game for years. I like the graphics and the fact you are actually cooking meals. I do not like the fact the higher you go it’s almost impossible to beat levels without cash or premium ingredients. Levels that require a certain amount of a dish will not have enough people even order the dish. Too many tokens needed to pass to the next town when even if you pass each level with 3 stars you still don’t have enough and the bonus tokens take entirely too long to win. I get bored of playing the same level just to get 4-5 of an item when I need to make 200+ just to get tokens to pass to the next level.Show lessMynamejazzy
Game shuts down
I have been loving this game but I have reached the sushi levels and every time I play the game works perfect at first, and then in the middle of the level, even if I have a star it will shut down and close me out of the app and I will lose 7 supplies but the level will show up as if I did not pass it. It is very frustrating because I keep having to play the same level over and over again and I am only allowed to get halfway through the level but I still lose supplies. Please look into this, I think it’s just a glitch in the game.Show lessdbradel2020
Was good
I’ve been trying to download this game for awhile, game made me download the updated version of it and now the levels start before the loading screen is gone, and I can’t get a fair start, I’ve lost many levels because the game loads incorrectly and I can’t see the customers because of the loading screen! Before it would load quickly and I would get 3 stars every time. Also, why 24 hours at the maintenance thing? Can’t you use coins or tickets to pass? Also, you should get 7 groceries every 10 minutes, not just one every 5! Infuriating for people who have absolutely nothing to do all day like me, I guess I’ll have a lot more nothing now that it won’t load. I feel like I had a good version that was replaced with a version full of bugs , worked fine. I didn’t want to download something new but had no choice, ugh, game developers should fix this. I was quite far along until the new update a few months ago , and then had to delete and reset and start again , the rewards doesn’t work anymore , I used to love this game but it’s gone downhilltina16273

I’m always trying to get 3 starts before moving to the next level, without spending money… Till I got to level 100. 😂 They made it nearly impossible to get 3 starts in this level. And here I am buying all the upgrades I can with real money and still can’t have three starts in level 100. Ohhh and don’t even try to use premium ingredients cuz they make the customers leave even quicker. Love the game but they got so greedy with money. ..Like cut people some slack. 🤦🏻♀️ So we have to watch all those lame/repetitive ads to get something and on top of that THE CRAZY EXPENSIVE KITCHEN SCRAMBLE MONEY. Jeez.
AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME LEVEL 140?? Such an easy level and we can’t get a 3 starts DONT matter if we do it fast enough not letting the customers heart go down. And there’s not Even premium ingredients. Is there a glitch ?Show lessCupcakeofyalu
So many glitches
I’ve played this game off and on for years. Most recently, I’m noticing a ton of glitches in the game though that are making it frustrating and nearly unplayable. I’m updated to the most recent version of the app and my phone’s software. However, there are times I’ll tap a customer to serve their order, but the main menu (pause screen) will pop up. Sometimes it will correct itself after 2-3 attempts, sometimes it won’t and I’ll lose the customer because I simply can’t tap on them even though they’re clearly there. I’ve also noticed issues where I’ll have customers show up after the time has run out or the limit has been reached. Sometimes the game will allow me to serve these customers, sometimes it won’t. There are also times where the level will end on its own even though I still have 3+ customers left to serve who all have 3+ stars remaining and I’m actively working on their dishes. Most recently, I was close to achieving 3 stars for a level, and the level ended itself when I still had 3 customers remaining. Their dishes were almost completed and I think I was close enough to the goal that their dishes would have allowed me to get 3 stars. These glitches don’t happen every time I play, but I would say I’m noticing them more often now. Maybe 1 out of every 3 levels.Show lessonlyxhope13

Ok here is my review first of all, thank you for reading this and second let’s just get into it. I used to love this game it was really fun to play but it always has me get updates that take up more storage and also don’t change the game at all. Like what is even the point. Also this game literally does not load, now matter how many bars of cellular or WiFi that I have. It starts playing the music like the game is starting but stays in the loading screen and I wait for it but it never loads. Another reason why I think that getting the updates are stupid because you can’t even play the game. And I’ve almost accidentally spent money, because there are so many things that pop up asking you to spend money on rejoining a round! For $20 you can rejoin a round when really you can just start the round over and try again. Some of my friends that have this app have accidentally spent money for a “free” rejoin. This app is supposed to be free anyway but they try to make money off of it for stupid things. Anyways that’s all i have to say about this app, I hope that you can avoid these things if you can.Show lessdont spend my $$
