I have played this game for years and then the developer updated it a couple of months ago. 1st all my progress has been deleted. 2nd game kept on crashing for awhile when I tried to open it. After latest update I could finally play couple of levels, but now reached level 14 and game crashes every time I try to play this level. 3rd the new look and functionality seems like a huge step back. After recent update (couple of days ago), the game does not work. It just never loads when you choose a level to play. I have been trying to play for 2 days with no luck.jfp1994

I love this game! Have played for years. Since your last update though the game won’t load. I can see the map and market and everything else. I’m up to a new section and need an item to buy so I go back to earn more coins and it’s not loading at all. Stuck on your new Halloween update with the circle spinning and spinning. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I updated my iPhone 14.8 iOS and it’s still doing it. This is my stress escape and brain exercise I need this game 😭 I am up to level 565 so I do not want to start all over.Show lessbelian21

Went to play the game and it told me to update. So I did. Cause it’s close to Halloween it’s theme is this. However I’m on level 135 and it won’t let me play this level just keeps loading. I didn’t have a problem before updating.Minty wolfie

I absolutely love this game it is one of my favourite games to play I can spend hours and hours and hours on it however sometimes the game freezes and doesn’t let me play for a couple of days but maybe that’s my fault for playing too much lol hopefully they can fix this small issue 😊Jordanemoxx

I started playing this game in high school and I still play to this day (I’m 23 now). As you can see I’m super lame but this game is not! It’s so fun and challenging but still possible to beat all of the levels and I have never spent a dime of real money on it! I’ve been able to upgrade and buy new appliances from the rewards for beating levels and completing quests! Also you don’t run out of supplies after two levels you can play for a while before having to wait for supplies to refresh! I love this game it’s so fun and super satisfying! Best cooking game out there for sureShow lessTanakiBee
Way too expensive
It's a brilliant game, however it's way too EXpensive. You would get loads of people playing it you cut down the price.
Ridiculous that when you get to the high levels you have too have 4000 coins to continue playing to buy an itemSusiphillips

So I have spent a lot of money on this game. Well it crashes often, or levels don’t work, things mess up so I have to uninstall and reinstall it often also. This last time I did because it wouldn’t play a level at all. Lost ALL of my progress and premium items. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY PREMIUM ITEMS OR EVEN GIVE ME MY PROGRESS BACK “Just because I didn’t sync it with Facebook” BECAUSE LAST TIME I DID THAT I LOST EVERYTHING, AGAIN. This company is a joke and only cares about money. They expect me to buy everything all over again.
I tried to come back to this game after over a year of two to see if they fixed the issues, they have not. They did give me my premiums back after MONTHS of arguing, but even then these levels become near impossible to win without spending money. Still a wasteShow lessSammibee102542
