  • Good game but needs improvement

    I’ve played this game for years now, and it’s a great game to pass time. However, there has always been a lot of glitches. Used to be with music and sound effects, and now it’s recently been more with graphics. You do have to spend real money in order to do fantastic at the game, but I think it’s worth it if you continue to play the game for a long time. Sometimes, it is frustrating when levels are tough, especially when they don’t even allow you the rught resources to complete a level until the 10th time through. Recently, I thought I had lost all of my progress from 2 years ago, but after I signed into Facebook, I got it all back. I’ll still continue to play it, but I think it still needs improvement!

  • Game stopped working

    I have now got to level 304 and in the last two days not been able to play it as level won’t start was starting to enjoy it but now stuck as won’t start the level please fix this problem as tried re downloading it and still not working and will be giving up soon as gone back on it today to try and still the same

  • Level 165

    Update: I am very pleased with how quickly the developers saw my issue and fixed it with the game. I was expecting it to take a much longer time, if at all.

    I love the game but there is something wrong with level 165. It is a “lose so many customers” level, but when it gets to the last customer, they never show up. I have waited several minutes, restarted the app, restarted my phone, but it happens every time I try to play the level. I can’t continue in the game until this gets fixed so I would appreciate it if someone could look into this please. Thanks!

  • Was a good game, update made it a rip off

    I’ve been playing this game for well over seven years or more. It used to not be so hard to pass levels. Now, you have to buy coins to upgrade and pass levels. The amount of coins it takes to just get 3 extra customers is ridiculous and even if you get three extra customers, they don’t even order the goal product so you’re left having to buy more coins just to pass one level.
    They need to update the AI so customers order the goal product. I completely understand the need to make a profit off a great game, and I’d gladly pay real money to support a great game. Really disappointed this great game became a rip off.

  • Love graphics of update but now game isnt working properly

    Ever since the update its glitching when picking up ingredients, dropping them off and even the customer accepting them once theyre done. I have to click over and over again for the customer to accept the finished dish. When i take the ingredients to the pan or bowl or pot, i have to press over and over again to drop them off .. sometimes i think i did n go to grab / make something else n i still have something in my hand that should have been put down . Now it seems no matter how hard i try it wont work at all , shell stand there with the ingredients in her hand and u cant put them where they need to go, ill have to restart the whole game to get it to work again. It takes all the fun out of it cause it happens so often now

  • New update has issues

    Great game but the latest update has issues. When putting multiple items into, for instance the pestle and mortar, it will sometimes pick up whatever was in there rather than putting it into the appliance.

    Quests and goals are not giving prizes/updating as you complete them.

    I have passed level 709 multiple times however it then crashes and when I restart the app, it doesn’t update that i have passed the level. Please get this fixed!

  • New update is awful

    Since the new update I can’t stand this game. It’s not possible to get even 1 star on the levels. I’ve replayed levels that were played prior to the update and the difference is amazing. Before the update I could get 3 stars without having to buy anything extra. Now after the update I could barley get 1 star on that exact level. I won’t be playing this game anymore as now it’s more frustrating than fun. I tried other levels with the same results and have been stuck on the same level since the update because I can’t get the coins needed since the update. Plus I hate when I have to make so many items on a level with 10 people and only 1 person orders what I need. That’s just a waste. This new update is glitchy at best. I like how it looks but game play is awful now. When someone orders more than 1 item you can’t see how many they want.

  • Great game - poor programming

    I’ve been playing this game for years - and overall I love it. I’ve never had to spend real money on it.

    However, it is by far the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. Sometimes it will just freeze mid-level, where you no longer can move so you’re forced to watch all of your food burn and your customers get mad and leave. Plus when that happens, you are wasting any premium ingredients, supplies, and power ups you paid for on that level. Other times, the game is fine, but the functionality of one of the appliances stops working. You might be cooking something in the pot, and then the food suddenly disappears, and you can no longer click on the pot at all. You might be able to cook other foods, but if any of the customers are looking for dishes that require the pot, you have to let them leave.

    Also agree with the other review that you have to be super careful not to accidentally select to spend “dollars” on extra customers or skipping a level, because there is no “are you sure?” page. Those buttons are placed right next to the ones you plan on clicking, so you’re often cheated out of the “dollars” that you earned, which is really frustrating.

  • COULD be a great game

    This COULD be a great game if the makers would put more resources behind it. It crashes a lot, looses internet a lot and the lag or delay in movement is extremely frustrating not to mention that you cant get through the levels when it does this. I don’t mind watching some videos for the special ingredients but most of the time they crash the game so you spent your time to watch all or some and don’t get the prize. You loose your supplies, premium ingredients, kitchen cash, etc whenever it crashes in the middle of a level. I have spent real money trying to play this game and would love it if it played as designed. Please fix this game so it can be enjoyed. People will not spend real money if you don’t. Could be a really awesome game.

  • Gifts received but not showing

    I can receive and send gifts without problems on the app, but the gifts didn’t show up in game after receiving them and I couldn’t use them at all. Feeling frustrated. It will be great if this can be fixed. Thank you.
