So many glitches
You’d think with how long this game has been out that these glitches on early levels would be fixed. I’ve been playing for years and there’s the exact same issues.
The section goals won’t save half your progress. I was keeping track of how many customers I had. I finished a level and went back to check and it said I served 200 less customers than last time I checked.
The “daily” challenges reset basically every 3 days not daily. If scrolling between locations there’s times where no matter which way you scroll you can’t see levels. It just will jump from 225 to 228. Not letting me see 6 or 7 unless I shut down the app and restart.
There is a huge lag as you scroll through.
Love the game (obviously why I’ve been playing for so long) but these glitches make me stop playing every couple months. There’s no reason these shouldn’t be fixed yet. I’m in the 4th town and can’t get the customer goal because it takes them away randomlyShow lessaglaxfreak

Why? Because it is ridiculous to have sets of 25 levels, each level only allowing you to collect 1-3 tokens, and then require 110 tokens after each set of levels. Again, why? Because even if you get a 3-star rating on each level, which is pretty much impossible once you get in the high hundreds level, it only equals SEVENTY-FIVE tokens. And yeah, I’m aware there’s “goals” to gain anywhere from 10-25 tokens but even the ones that only give you 10 tokens for beating take FOR. EV. ER. At one “restaurant” to win 25 tokens I had to make 250 gingerbread men. The level I found where I was most likely to even make them at all (though it was still no guarantee) allowed me to make 1-5 every time I played. ONE TO FIVE AND I NEEDED 250. Add that to the fact that this game takes lives away every time you play instead of just every time you fail a level and you can understand why this is ridiculous. I love this game, but I don’t want to spend a year of my life just trying to earn tokens so that I can get to the next set of 25 levels after beating the 25 prior. It makes me hate how much I love playing it. And as many complaints as I’ve read about this you’d think the creators would’ve made it more manageable by now.Show lessKimRMcClain

Kitchen Scramble is an great game with so much potential to be incredible if they could just fix these bugs. Over the last few months I’ve played kitchen scramble, i noticed that after i got past a certain location or level the game became slower and began to freeze a lot more. There was a time i had to restart my entire game because i couldn’t even get on the game, it sat on the loading screen for hours. But now after passing the chef academy location, my game would constantly say that i had network issues when i never did and it wouldn’t save progress! there was a day i had did 7 levels but once i exited the app and came back later, the 7 levels i had completed were not completed! i love kitchen and scramble and enjoy playing but my patience is running thin with the game. it would be a tragedy for me to delete the game because i enjoy it so much.Show lessSweetsRBae
Ok....but!
Love love love this game I have been playing it for years, however the last few months I have been stuck on level 686!!!! You have to serve 6 cookies which is impossible when only 3-4 customers order? What are you supposed to do? Ordered an extra 3 customers.......the ones I needed didn’t turn up!....shocker! I don’t mind a challenge, obviously as I have been trying to pass this level for months, but come on try and make them achievable eventually.Show lessPday123
Gods new things but still a couple glitches
Please tend to the glitches still there like slow loading speed and some of my cooking equipment purchases disappear. But I still love this gameZArenhold
Disappointed by this change
I was happy to see that they lowered the amount of supplies required for levels a while back. But I’ve noticed that they got rid of the “offers” you can complete to earn in-game cash. You used to be able to go to an “earn cash” section and there was a list of offers- mostly downloading other games or joining a mailing list. I always used this to get enough cash to buy tokens for the token gate and I actually ended up discovering other fun games through this. I’m really disappointed that they got rid of this, because it’s made the game unplayable. I’ve done the math and the only way to earn enough for the token gate without spending any real life money will take you about a month. Once you get the higher up levels, it’s super hard to pass levels- let alone earn more than 1 star (equating to one token). Without fail, I’ve had about 30 tokens each time I reach the gate for the last year or so. Most token gates require 100+ tokens. The best you can do is complete quests which only get you a max of 9 tokens every couple of days and honestly, I’m just not invested enough to spend all that time. I really don’t understand why they did away with the offers. I’d assume it was making them decent ad revenue, and I can’t imagine that there are very many people who are actually spending real money in the game given how expensive it is.Show lessCate Samosky

i dont really write reviews ever but this seems to be a problem,
so when you put a item on a burner or in the oven it will say its cooking like normel but some time later the item goes invisible but says its burning? but u cant see what it is it and u cant pick it up so now u cant use the burner and the customers get angry and leave makeing me fail the level and the only way to fix it is to refresh the app witch makes the game restart wasteing the supplies and whatever premium items or boosters ive used i do love the game i been playing since a long time but this issue keeps heppening more and more offten it happens with anything u have to cook so the grill fryer skillet pot oven i notticed it happening with mount foodji and then mangotego bay it never happend before then thank u for ur timeShow lessashleyvla
Broken and unplayable
The sound does not work. I have checked permissions, privacy settings, volume settings, bluetooth speakers, and headphones. The sound does not work.
The app "support" is about as helpful as having relations with a jellyfish. I have sent 2 emails, support tickets, searched their forum, checked the FAQ, there simply isn't any support.
I am so glad i have not spent money on this broken useless game, otherwise when i delete it that waste of money goes with it.Show lessiwashere33
Kitchen Scramble
The ads cause the game to crash. The game crashes between and during each level causing loss. The ads run over top of the game.
Some levels are too difficult to pass. Money is extremely hard to earn. Needs to be a bit easier and more rewards. It'd be nice to have upgrades that don't cost real money and rewards like to speed her up in the kitchen.Show lessNightmarenamez

This is the greatest game app ever made. I have been playing it for years!! The latest update (9.0.0) is absolutely horrible though. The new layout does not fit to an iPhone XR screen properly - the stars panel now covers the chopping board. Also where has the recipe book gone? Displaying a single recipe at the top of the screen is awful, clunky and unnecessary. Please undo this update. The game was much nicer to play before.Show lessMossDestruction
