Not what it used to be
I used to love this game but like other apps, with time it’s become more about getting players’ money. I’m pretty sure the level 2 items are much more expensive than they were before. I had to start over bc I’m on a whole new account so I was able to see some differences. The customers lose their patience much faster and everything takes longer to make food which obviously makes it hard to serve customers with 5 hearts. By the time I even get the food item to an appliance to start making it, the customer is down a heart. It definitely wasn’t like this before because I would not have played it so much, nor would I have bothered to re-downloaded it. There also weren’t any ads before but I guess I understand those. However, if I’m gonna be forced to sit through a video, it seems like I could at least get some kind of in-game currency. I wish this game would go back to normal but I also wish they would give more supplies or just kinda do away with that limitation.Show lessstream boy with luv bts
Great game BUT...
I have been playing this game for years and I love it! I love the graphics and I love that I get to exercise my memory with remembering the dishes. I've never needed to spend real money on this game because this game gives plenty of opportunity to earn cash and whatever you need to get premium appliances and ingredients and you can go through the levels pretty easily. There are some challenging levels too which makes the game fun. The downside to this game is there are many glitches. I have the most updated version (it won't allow you to play without updating it). Sometimes when I'm playing a level, the app will freeze up and exit me out of the app without saving my progress and it takes the supplies and ingredients I used away. Sometimes it glitches so bad it will cause meals to burn on it's own. The ads will also cause it to glitch and exit out the app. The worse thing about it all is that I can't even link my progress to Facebook so that I can use a different device. I'm so far in this game and I would hate to have to start over like I have done once before, it was the worst! Please at least allow me a way to link my progress! Thanks!Show lessChynadoll53511

This game is great when it’s working correctly at the moment no rewards are being granted which has been at least 2 months now and now mine won’t connect to Facebook so I’ve lost all my progressBoogsy83
Like this game but hate this
So I’m going to try to make this short first I hate how you have to wait 50 minutes to get 10 groceries so you can play again also how when sleeping over night if it passes 50 it won’t give you all the groceries just fifty. Another thing is how on the level were you need a certain thing to pass they don’t even give you people who order the food. For example if you need to make at least 3 chocolate chip cookies they never give you someone who orders even just one chocolate chip cookie. This happened to me yesterday and o had to reply a level 5 times. Also it took awhile since I have to wait 50 minutes to be able to play a level again. Also it happened to me again and I’m killing time by writing this review. So please fix this and shorten the time it takes to get groceries and get rid of the 50 limit.Show lessjermacmaen
Crashing
Not sure if it’s with the recent update, but now having reached a new level (nitro dame) 1090 the connection for the appliance touch is not as it appears, so there is many precious seconds wasted trying to find the sync as to where u need to touch-very frustration as I constantly time out!!! Please sort this error out
Please also sort watching ads, as I keep getting error now level 1629 and have struggled for a week or more! To all players I have never ever spent any off my own money on this gameShow lessAn avid pokerist player
Fun game - has issues
Game is very fun and highly addictive. I would score higher, however, it has issues such as crashes or screen freeze, and offers are not rewarded.
A couple months ago, I had some spare time and decided to complete a few offers for free cash. The first few rewarded within a couple days. Then I’d complete some and didn’t get rewarded after a week. The first time I contacted support, they responded quickly and advanced the cash. However, I completed a very lengthy app download offer which took hours/days to complete and still no reward. I contacted support again giving them proof of completion and was advised to update the app while they worked on figuring out the problem, in addition to do a couple more offers to see if the update helped. The update didn’t and I emailed them again this time having about 5 different offers now not rewarded (about 100 cash). I sent a few emails and support tickets and never heard back or received rewards.
Interestingly, I note the most recent update no longer offers cash rewards at all.
I would have appreciated some sort of response as I spent time completing the rewards, not to mention the download space on my device.

Amazing game
Ignore the naysayers. You do not need to spend any money unless you are impatient. I have never spent a dime, but always have an excess of 400+ supplies. Why? Because I figured out how to play the game. This is a strategy game, and it is tough. Everyone is so used to playing easy games that they don’t know how to deal with a game that actually challenges you. Our society has become such an immediate satisfaction culture that people don’t know how to appreciate something that makes you work for that satisfaction. Doesn’t anyone remember before you could buy game enhancers that we’d spend days working on one level in a video game trying to pass it and oh the satisfaction when we finally did?
A few hints:
-ALWAYS play the quests. You get tons of supplies just for playing one quest level and better rewards if you complete the quest.
-Watch the videos that get you free stuff.
-Spend your money that you earn strategically on supplies that will increase and speed up your output OR will keep customers patient (the coffee, witches brew, etc).
-Unless you are in a exit door round, serve customers with more stars first.
-Practice (FOR FREE) before starting a round, so that you are a master of the recipes prior to spending your precious supplies.
Complaint: I wish the game came with better instructions so I didn’t have to figure this all out on my own. I also wish we knew the price of dishes. It is hard to pay attention to the coins we get when in the midst of game play.Show lessOrganizer19

As a player myself, I haven’t spent even a penny, and I continually have over 350 in my supplies. The key is entering into the challenges that are constantly available and reward you for play as usual. If you watch the videos, you get free boosters and sometimes even cash. This is a great cooking game for those who understand recipes and want a closer to life experience.Don’t Listen to Everyone Else
I’ve had this game for YEARS and it’s honestly the only game I keep coming back to. Yes it’s challenging, yes there are times when you can’t make it past a certain level for days, but that’s what makes it fun! Everyone posting 1 Star ratings because they think you need “real money” to get through the game is just impatient and bad at strategy games. Like I said, I’ve had this game for years, I’m over level 1000, and I haven’t spent ONE PENNY on this game. The developers made an awesome decision by allowing us to watch videos for supplies/cash/ingredients and implementing the “quest feature” which EASILY can get you extra supplies, tokens, and level boosters. You really have to be strategic with this game which I LOVE. Every other cooking game in the App Store is like it was designed for children and they get boring super fast. I love the graphics in this game and the attention to detail the designers used, there is literally no other game out there like this. To the developers: PLEASE MAKE MORE GAMES LIKE THIS. I would love to play anything made by y’all that follow this format. And to anyone out there that likes puzzles and strategy games: I HIGHLY recommend Kitchen Scramble.Show lessCat_Smack_Attack

I’ve been playing this game for years and never once spent money on it the first 2-3 years playing.. I am a skilled player and got a new phone and had to start all over and have finally realized I had to pay real money to actually beat levels. Here in the past 2-3 months (with at least 1-2 updates) this game is freezing up at the beginning of the game(ATLEAST 30 seconds.. just sitting WAITING, And not for an ad!!) I am a committed player and always go back to this game bc of the good graphics, but after reading the recent reviews (because I am always looking to see if you guys update) I see crappy reviews that have the same frustration as me. Spending MY REAL HARD EARNED MONEY on a game that strings you along.. people rarely ever order the items you need.. if they do, not enough coins to gain a star. I’ll keep playing, but I won’t spend any more real money until you guys make this game practical.. and another thing, I’ve spent “25 dollars” to skip a level by accident. Hard earned money that is taken immediately if I accidentally touch my phone in the wrong spot. Recommend asking “are you sure” for that certain purchase. For game progress, you should connect old game with Facebook and then use same FB login on new phone so that game will be transferred to new mobile. Please be informed that there is no double tap confirmation when the game asks you to spend cash in the game. Hence, I would suggest you to be careful as we might tend to do mistakes while playing the game. However, provide your Player ID so that we will add cash as one time exception as we value you as our privileged player. Also, we have shared your comments with the team. Great game, very addictive, but you keep repeating the same mistakes.
Stop with all of the ads!!! I am getting one after every game I complete and then the ad crashes the game so I need to restart it after every single game. Not to mention the ads that appear during your game so you lose the game, or the ads that appear as soon as you finish a game so it doesn't register properly and you dont get your score and need to do the level all over again!!!!!
I have enough playing for a few years now. You keep doing this, then fixing it, then a few months later same issues!
When you have it working properly without all these distractions it's great. Great additions over the years, especially the tasks and extra ways to earn tokens and cashShow lessCabkina
