Every time I try to open the app it flashes and then crashes. I paid to have a Bluetooth capable machine, please fix this app!!!Sjw1111
Does not work...
This air purifier controlled by my smartphone seemed like a great idea. We have numerous other devices in the house controlled by apps and love how they work. This is not one of them. The smaller issue is that this is a Bluetooth device, and not WiFi. So no controlling the device from work - proximity only. The bigger issue is that after 5 days of working well the app has stopped functioning. Every time I try to open the app it flashes for a second then disappears. So I paid for a Bluetooth unit and now have a manual unit.

Great idea and concept. When it works it's great but often when you try to open it the app crashes and is useless.Fireupchips15

I have had my purifier for just over a month and now the machine shuts off in the middle of the night and the app won't even open. Anyone else having issues with the app crashing?Zouf16

Love the bonus allergen auto-set feature you get with this app - set it to monitor pollen levels in my area and it automatically runs the air purifier on the best setting! Great app - great product!MA Music
