App needs an update
The app needs some attention. It gets stuck at the signature or will not respond at all. Please address the issue.

I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling in order for it to work.
App stays frozen at opening screen
On my iPhone 13, the app stays frozen at the opening screen (it only shows the app logo and a horizontal bar continuously scrolling from left to right). Please fix this as soon as possible, as tax season is here and clients need to be able to have the option of using mobile app. I will update my rating if this problem is addressed in a timely manner (within a few business days).

Terrible
This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Anytime I try to view a document or basically do anything besides stare at the home screen it crashes.
Horrible app and company
Idk if Ms. Williams company is the only people that use this app but if you happen to be sent here by Agape Life, don't submit any of your information they scammed me out of my tax return.
The Potential is there
I really hope this review is seen by the developers. The potential to be useful is there but while using my Apple phone it keep crashing. When I finally got the email page but I’m wasn’t able to move any further because the “save” button isn’t displayed

Whatever issues they were having seems to resolved on IOS /Apple. However if you have android it crashes!! This would be a great app if you would fix issues on android devices. I’m a tax preparer and I check out the app so I could make sure it works for my clients. I hope Online Taxes makes an investment in this app to resolve the small kinks y’all are almost there! Please fix it 😢

Mobile App IPhone and Android users
I’m a a remote tax preparer and this app is by far the worst mobile app for my clients. It constantly freezes, the drop down for selection are blank. Many have reported they are unable to upload there documents. Please fix this issue!!!
