The developer really need to fix all the bugs in this app. Second year my clients have been experiencing issues with this app

It’s clear that this company refuses to listen to valuable feedback that could make this product better. I’ve made complaints to company directly however their only response is that they don’t know if any issues.
Atrocious app that consistently crashes
I cannot even view my forms as the app crashes every time that it gets to that point; it’s aggravating enough that it takes me about 2 minutes just to sign in.

Please fix the crashing issue on the app it doesn’t allow you to log in or review documents, the app pretty much doesn’t work at all it crashes upon entering log in information. Please fix as soon as possible trying to finish my taxes!!!
